really nice! may i give you 1 tip or two? firstly i d suggest to avoid painting the eyes since in this scale you can't see the eyes of a human being at that scale and it always looks better witout the eyes painted... secondly id suggest to avoid zenithal highliting ,,cause it actualy offers nothing at all (maybe do it if you are going to do a contrast painting project-but still the results wont be that good)... thirdly id suggest to paint the whole skin with the darker tone and then paint the areas you want with the lighter tone on top of the previous layer for a better result!! keep up the good work!
Zenithal priming offers a lot. It shows you how light and shadow fall on the model and serves as a good reference for where highlights and shades should go. As well, if you paint using thinner layers or glazing it does a lot of work for you.
@@darrell8660 I don't really like the result.. I prefer painting the lights and highlights on top of the base colors.. It gives a better overall result
Yes, if you're comfortable with "wet blending", that can be a better way to go. Some people prefer not to, so I like to occasionally show alternatives - such as "layering".
Look at the muscularity!
The best thing about Heroquest is the miniatures!
The best thing about Hero Quest is the "broad sord."
Imagine what the 1989 game makers would think of this, how far artistry has come!
Not even the Gargoyle can stand up to that
I'm a simple Man, if i see heroquest related content i click, drop a comment and a like. Great video.

Use wet blending to have better results. Sorry, I don't like this video.
