If you could keep only one teaching of the Buddha, which one would it be? Why?

If I had to choose, it would be the teaching on impermanence (anicca).
Why? Because impermanence is at the heart of understanding ourselves and the world around us. It reminds us that all things-our joys, sorrows, successes, failures, relationships, and even life itself-are transient. This insight can bring profound freedom. It helps us let go of clinging and aversion, two forces that often cause suffering.
By embracing impermanence, we cultivate gratitude for the present moment and develop resilience to navigate life's inevitable changes. It’s a teaching that aligns with mindfulness and compassion, offering both a philosophical anchor and practical guidance for living with ease and clarity in a world of constant flux.
What teaching would resonate most with you?
