Not really a Japanese keyboard layout, but people typically like having Katakana keys just for aesthetics; you will encounter a lot of them in the custom keyboard scene.
its not japanese keyboard layout, its english its just the keycaps have katakana keys, usually there is english and katakana sublegends, but this time its just aesthetics
