    Recipe:
    - to make 5-6 litres of drink you will need: 5-6 litres of hot water(spring or filtered)
    - about 8 teabags of any tea( I prefer black or roibos)
    - 150-200 gr of sugar
    Brew your tea, put some sugar and make it chilled. Pour ready tea in to the jar and put your scooby in and a little bit of ready kombucha.
    Cover the top with the muslin cloth and leave it for few days in a place withiut direct sunlight.
    Taste it after few days it should be a bit sweet and litlle bit pungent. The more you leave it to brew the more vinegary it will be.
