Here you can obtain the atomic percent (At%) details, and not the weight percent (Wt%) details directly. You can calculate the Wt% details from the At% using manual calculations. If you can't see the At% details on the screen when creating regions, you can start by going to the Element Library (F10). In the Element Library, select an element and use the "create region" button available there. This will display the At% of that region on the screen. You can then delete this region and proceed to create regions from the Quantification tab while still having the At% visible. I hope this method works for you.
Woww explanation ❤ a big thanks 🙏😊
This has been great help. Thank you so much for your kind instructions!
Thank you so much for this vdo
What the program do yiu use to analise the data XPS?
CasaXPS, you can download it from www.casaxps.com/
RSF values you used for all elements are 1. Then how that quantification will be correct?
True, in order to get the RSF value and the correct quantification we need to add # before the name e.g. #O1s and click enter
@@DnyaNiPhysicsWorld Is RSF data base is available in public domain - like websites or as any books?
@@arunb1990 Have you got any reference yet? I need it now.
@@aritraray2501 if you are using CASAXPS software, RSF values are there in the elements library itself
@@aritraray2501 Transmission function also you must consider for the correct XPS quantification.
