When I click in the element library, it is showing only the Auger electron positions, does someone know why? How I can I make it appear the 1s, 2p, 3d etc transitions?
The element library displays transitions by matching the X-ray source label field in the VAMAS blocks displayed in the active tile to the X-ray source label in the entries listed in the element library file. The most likely reason for the element library showing Auger transitions only, is the VAMAS block displayed in the active tile contains an unusual X-ray source label. If you send me (neal@casaxps.com) an example of your VAMAS file, I can confirm the reason for the lack of photoelectron lines in the element library.
