Once I started painting with them I was amazed at how much more I could do with the stencils than I could with my limited skills in hand painting, These classes are approximately an hour long each, they cover so much more than just stencil basics. Somebody might want the boxes to fill the bottom layer of their raised garden beds and others just garden on the cardboard itself. I used it to kill the grass in an area where I wanted to make a flower bed. The little desk was so pretty.
I vote for Ellie always having part of the show because she shows different things than Debi! Between the two of you it's so much fun! The dancing DIYers, what a great ending...my daughter and I just redid our shop as well, it's what follows the selling of a piece of furniture(the domino effect)Little Black Dress is my go to color as our shop is a creepy shop and the Gothic vibe of this paint works perfect...that little desk is adorable, gonna use this technique on my next piece...better get to the thrifts...

Hi Debi, you are so fortunate to live around your family! AND your Grandpa...what a GEM! He's such a good man and helps you out whenever you need it! I had 'old' grandparents although they were dear to me. I also envy your warm CA weather! We are having 3 degree and lower weather here in Kansas City BRRRR!! I could use some of those boxes as I am packing to move. My niece bought a home and ask me to live with her. I love decorating, do you think she had an ulterior motive?LOL Love watching you and also love your use of bright color. I wanted to paint one of bathrooms a bright turquoise but my niece is afraid. I told her it's only paint! Ha♥️♥️♥️😘

Debi & Ellie, I know you are busy right now getting the shop ready for people to come teach classes, but later could you maybe contact the Furniture Flipping Teacher and get her to try your DIY clay paints. I’d love to see her getting creative and using them. Plus, maybe she could encourage her viewers to try them. She just had a contest advertising someone else’s paints, I’d love to see your paints and stencils being used in her next contest. I can’t wait to try them myself one day soon! I know you are the paint guru but I learned if you take 1/3 cup of DIY paint (which I just bought a ton of) and add 2 tsp of bentonite clay then wait just a few minutes for the clay to absorb the moisture in the paint it it fantastic to work in texture and distress. I did this on a crummy but sturdy pine coffee table yesterday in Apothecary, 1/2 sanded it back leaving some of the old finish too. Then I finished it with a very dark almost black poly stain and varnish in one product. That coffee table was ready for the dumpster but now its such a great item. Would fit nicely in a Southwest vibe or any decor where primitives work. Love love your channel, your talents and your products! 🥰. This was my first attempt at using your DIY chalk paints. I bet I could get several hundreds for this table easily.
