    I put some in on a local river and put a camera in, boy did it draw the fish especially Bream.

    Hi Jamie, this groundbait series has got me thinking! Perhaps we should be introducing 'layers' of different mixes, not a new idea i know, but not often used in our fishing. Start off with a sticky, binding mix with feed, then a few balls or feeders of a lighter mix with less feed and follow that with a cloudy mix for instant attraction. Not a new idea but a tank test might be an eye opener! Are you going to cover leam(s) in the future. Stay safe and tight lines, kindest regards Bill

    • @CatchFishingChannel
      @CatchFishingChannel  3 роки тому +1

      Hi Bill, yes that's a great idea and I think some people would like to see it actually working in the tank. I know the pole lads do a similar thing when introducing a bed of feed at the start so that it breaks down over a period of time. Hope you're well and thanks for the suggestion mate! :)

    Awesome I am on the trent on Wednesday feedering for bream and just before I seen this video I was wondering what groundbait to use so I will give this a try as I don't want to go down the f1 groundbait route to cut the fishmeal out as I don't think that works on big rivers even in winter

      @@CatchFishingChannel Its seems to be a carrier more than an attractor mix. The darker colour, and inert qualities, should prove effective for the grazers rather than the more "pick-and-go" fish as long as there's other items to hold them.

    BB is best before, all bait bags should have them on now due to new laws put in place around fish foods and human consumption (should someone eat a fish out of a lake that eats this bait).
