I ride this bike every day to and from office (for the past 3 yearsss), and here I am listening to its noise even when I am working. I just cant get enough of the way this bike sounds! It gives me a tingling feeling just the way it behaves!
The master cylinder is a great upgrade, and relatively easy. What is not so easy is fitting a Brembo 4 pot calliper - I have now fitted the 4 pot brakes and a larger 330mm rotor which is a significant improvement in both additional braking and feel at the lever.

Well, at last you got your brakes done. The Master Cylinder looks cool. I was not expecting water logging in the streets where you live. Here it’s more of a regular thing during the monsoon season and 2 or 2.5 feet of water is ok for the Interceptor to keep up with!
Very good information. Thank you. I changed (until now) just the pads from OEM to Brembo sinter pads (front and rear): As you said down below they give remarkably better sheer stopping force for front AND rear the difference being greater for the rear pads. Would be interesting to get an impression of OEM brake pads together with the RCS 15 Master Cylinder. Can you test this ? Greetings from Germany.
@@WildlifeMoto Hi Wildlife, that's not a real issue as the results can be expected: the MC with OEM pads should give better feeling but may be not enough sheer brake power. And Brembo sinter pads with OEM MC definitely give better brake power while the feeling may not be perfect. Thank you again for your videos. Best regards
Nice mod. I guessing you didn’t do a test with just the new pads fitted first. That way you would know if the improvement is down to pads or the cylinder upgrade or a combination of both. Good to see an alternative that works.
That would have been far too sensible. I think the pads have improved the sheer stopping force (through greater friction), and the MC has improved the “feel” on the lever.
I realise that this is an older video now, but are you able to tell me what the colour scheme is on your Interceptor? It's much better than the current colour scheme offerings.
Royal Enfield Benelux has recently issued a recall action for the stock Brembo brakes. It seems that salt on the roads can cause harm to the brakes. They will be replaced by inonised brakes. This could solve the breaking issue for some bikes.
