I love this pattern. Have made three so far with different colors and types of yarn and given them to family and friends. Working on my fourth pouch now!
@@orangedog1189 oooo ummmm I forgot - I sold it too so I can't go count them! I think I might have started with 12? I might have went with half the amount in the tutorial
I’m doing the bag now and I really love how beautiful it looks. I had some problem with starting and ending the two repeated rows initially but got the hang of it after a while. And asking us to use the marker really helped. I’m definitely going to use the same method in my other crochet work next time, esp when working in rounds where I tend to get confused as to which stitch to end the round. Tks for this lovely video.
Something I noticed while making this pattern is that sometimes the bumps are less obvious in certain places, I have no idea why. I just use a treble crochet followed by a slip stitch, instead of a single crochet to make the bumps more pronounced. Edit: also I recommend keeping those single crochets tight after doing your treble crochets, they make the bumps more obvious
The bag is so beautiful but I have a problem, sometimes when I’m doing the second crochet round the triple crochet bubble just kinda flattens.. I don’t understand why that happens, could you possibly help?
Hey, I think you might've made a mistake somewhere. I think u might be doing double crochets instead of trebles. You might need to restart it. And sorry for the late answer, I hope this will be helpful.
8:20 my last stitch is not the single crochet😢 I reversed everything I did and did it over again but the last stitch was still not the single crochet? I am confused because the rows before are exactly 48 double crochets , where is my mistake?
Unfortunately, the yarn that I used here didn’t have a label. My mom bought a bunch of these a long time ago. What I know about them is that they are pure cotton. So as long as you find a fine weight (#2) or light worsted weight (#3) yarn that is 100% cotton, your work should look pretty similar to mine, so you’ll be fine with whichever brand!

I just followed this tutorial and made one smaller than yours. I love this and thanks for being easy to follow!
I'd like to make a smaller one, how many chains did you start with, if you don't mind?

4:53 round 1
6:35 round 2
9:24 round 3
So I always have to repeat row 1-3? I thought I only have to repeat row 2-3 ?

That works too! It all depends on your preference. I prefer the bumps to be more subtle😊

What brand yarn are you using

Thank you very much, I love your work.
Is the yarn play a big role🥲
Nope! You can use almost any yarn for this ^^ just try to find one less bulky.
