@@kevinturner5857 Great question. I assume you know what a double stroke is: (right hand lead:) RR LL RR LL. When you invert it, you push back a 16th note so: RL LR RL LR. Same work with paradiddles - RLRRLRLL to RLLR LRRL. Pushed back a single 16th note. Does that make sense? :)
