interesting (yet somewhat sad) fact about domino day: from 1/10th to as much as 1/5th (depending on the slow) of all the dominoes falling was not captured on camera as there are spots where there was so much going on that they couldn't keep up with the action (or decided to zoom in on a one spot and not the remaining 90% of the project falling) whitch to me just seems like a bad decision making
Why don;t the countries where it has become invasive species worldwide send from each country 100 breeding pairs of the house sparrow back to the Nettherlands tto help repopulate these birds, returning them to their ancestral homeland. Each year on the anniversary of the death of Dominus this can be done.
I thought of this as well and looked into it while researching this video; I believe the main concern is it'd be difficult to screen the foreign birds for diseases which could do more harm than good to the native population. Also world governments just not caring enough to do so

I remember watching Domino Day. That's about all I remember of it tho but I was always very excited for it
