Thanks a lot for this PVE Tank Guide. I did see somewhere a cool AOE combo which melts also monsters. You need the passive skill „spectrum of energy“, the active skill „roaring shout“ and devastating tornado. So what to do: Gather all mobs than if they are gathered use the roar/shout and the passive skill triggers. After that use the tornado. What it does -> every mob which is affected from the shout will reflect some damage to other mobs nearby. Because you’ve gathered a lot mobs everyone will reflect damage to all around which triggers again the passive 🤣 …try it you will see a lot explosions. As an addon -> if you combine other skills like the one which gives debuff to enemies you can use it right before the shout and tornado. Even more damage 🎉
Where did you put the mastery points for sword and great sword? Is it the same as your pvp build one or should i use the new damage boss one you just posted as both different 🤔 and thanks for amazing videos they are really helping me Ps are the shock commander gloves any good with this build?
Unless something has changed in the latest maintenance, you CANNOT shield block while holding the greatsword. It must be your secondary, not your primary.
JIC, not referring to the shield survival block skill. Referring to active skill counter barrier & the block chance stat in general. It does NOT work unless you have S&S active.
Man I leveled and did story and exploration to 50, with GS and shield second but now im 50 it seems the only 'viable' build for end game content are gs dagger dps or gs sheild tank and no inbetween. Ive mostly upgraded my GS and idk if want to be a tank. I just want to do good dps with a bit of tankyness and healing, instead if no heal block and being squishy as a dagger offhand. Any thoughts you got wiuld be appreciated 👍.
@@joshtap7125 hi friend. You can do more combos. So sns is tanking. But you can do great sword and other combos for dps. Just look for synergy with passives. Great sword by itself can do tons of dmg. It’s what passives work best.
Loving the guide and been following it still trying to get all the gear but got almost all skills both passive and normal and defensive all to at least purple 1 for the tank side and some for your other build. My only question since it seems easier to get into some dungeons like death's abyss has a dps rather then tank. But my question is would you use your open world dps build you just put out other the other one you had above the tank build the all purpose one?
Massive issue in this game at the moment. Roughly 50% of a build is the gear and/or alternative gear. I get that people are putting it in description… but let’s be honest, gear overview in a video can be less than a quick minute. Otherwise I am liking the video. Good stuff dude!
Sorry if this is old video and you already know this but ice tornado should be used with provoking roar and spectrum of agony
You have no stun on your 1st build? What about trash in dungeons on the way to boss?
Thanks just startes and this is better then most guides out there.
Great video. Thank you.
Awesome explanation! One of the best guides I have seen till now cause everything said is easy to understand. You got my like and my sub 😁

@@kevincoo400 I’ve tried that. It’s just not as tanky as I personally like it. Tried it for a few hours and went back to this one
@@GunghoGunsGaming ah ok wow thanks for fast reply! Thanks for advice 👍🏻☺️
@@kevincoo400 no worries. Try that out for a bit and maybe you’ll like it. I just like to be tanky in open world too so I can do 15 mob pulls
What about the mastery points distribution?

Whats better for end game pve/pvp only running 1 set of gear endurance or evasion
thanks alot for the helpful videos
Gonna play with these

Y+Q, I don't see the problem.

You can play off meta builds. Most of them are so close in damage . Just play what you enjoy it’s a game
I saw someone saying they had a good off-meta build with Greatsword and Staff. The burn stacks from staff help build heavy hit chance for greatsword.
