To anyone interested; some things to think about, concerning the newly introduced 6 inch Hasbro G.I. Joe action figures, specifically: the G.I. Joe "Snake Eyes Origins Movie" ones. Hear me out ... I suddenly had an awesome plotline thought come to me, I began to invent an ongoing story in the original comic story, all because the "Snake Eyes Origins Scarlett" looked more like a much younger Scarlett; no, ... actually, I began to imagine: What if she's really the daughter of Scarlett!?! ... What if, Snake Eyes and Scarlett became a little too personal during their adventures undercover as carnival workers, leading to Scarlett's pregnancy, that brings about the birth of Fiona O'Hara from her mother Shana O'Hara. Since Snake Eyes' Surname is restricted classified intel. The daughter must officially take her mother's maiden name as her last name. Somewhere else, around the world; Anastasia Decobray becomes pregnant by James McCullen Destro during a lull in Cobra activities! But how would the Baroness go through a pregnancy?! I gave it some thought and concluded that the moment she found out, she would go to Dr. Mindbender and demand he destroy it immediately! However, after putting the Baroness to sleep, Dr. Mindbender instead puts her into the Brain Wave Scanner and makes her subservient to carrying and birthing the baby! Because the chance to find out what the offspring of the Baroness and Destro would be is too much for Dr. Mindbender to resist knowing! So, under Dr. Mindbender's scanner's influences Baroness gives birth to a baby girl and names her: Ariyanna Decobray McCullen!! At some mid-point during the lull in the original comic storylines; I imagine myself that Dr. Mindbender creates a "Vitality Serum," secretly in one of his own laboratories. When Cobra and G.I. Joe learn of it; Cobra, G.I. Joe and Destro's legions all descend on the laboratory and fight for the serum - as per usual; a massive explosion happens, and the serum is splashed onto all of them!! They then come to realize that, in fact, the serum has two major effects: it disables the aging process entirely and gives all of those affected by it the vitality of twenty-year-olds! This causes the most bizarre situation ever, where all of those present that day will be able to live and fight indefinitely; without ever aging at all, having the vitality of twenty-year-olds!! Long Live G.I. Joe - forever!!!! My imagination sees toys as "props" to work with; so that is why I am sharing all of this. We can take this wonderful opportunity to make our own stories now!!! What if; Baroness and Destro had a daughter?! What if; Snake Eyes and Scarlett had a daughter?! What if; the shorter and younger action figures, are not small odd versions - but the children of the larger sized figures!?! Where can you go with that kind of initiative for the imagination!?! I'm already putting my own story together; deeply involving the extreme difficulty of a father trying to be there for his daughter; but not being able to communicate with her at all!! What is it like to be a parent of a child you love with all your heart and soul; but, you can't speak to her at all?! How does Scarlett slow down and mother a child, when she's so adrenaline fueled and nonstop on the move usually?! How does it affect Scarlett, with her "Type A" personality, to have to be a mother?! If you're wondering about the Baroness ... she mostly just "dumps" her kid off on Crimson Guard Elite Deming to care for her; and that plays heavily into my imaginative storyline, as I pursue the thoughts about a child being without motherly love and care; growing up in the harsh and hateful Cobra organization. Ariyanna is the imaginative exploration into a Girl raised without any emotional support and no emotional development! She has no morals at all. She has no ethics at all. She has no compassion, no pity, no remorse, no care, no heart at all! In my imagination; I have Scarlett meeting her on the battlefield, when Ariyanna takes a squad of BATs to gather intel and recon the enemy. Upon knocking the short swords from her hands and pinning her down with a Katana sword to the throat; suddenly, Scarlett realizes that this "combatant" looks eerily similar to Baroness, as if a smaller sized, less skilled Baroness! No, no, no; couldn't be!! She questions the child with her blade mere inches from her skin ... at first she laughs at her. Then, she hears the child mutter to herself; "Just as mother said, I'm good for nothing, useless, worthless; I'll never be as great as her, never! Why do I even go on this miserable?!" All at once, Scarlett's motherly instincts kick-in, and she looks down at the child and says, "Hey, kiddo; you're just a child, you should know you can't beat a battle-tested veteran of an endless war! Your mother should know better than to send you out here! Well, she would, if she had a soul at all!" Well, after some other dialogue, Scarlett realizes that Ariyanna literally has no concept of human emotions, and the more she begins to care about Ariyanna; the more it confuses the poor child! It's almost as if Ariyanna is more robot than the BATs Scarlett just smashed!! This is very very odd for a female child, the child is indeed most unusual. Just then Snake Eyes comes from the shadows and he grabs up Ariyanna; he dusts her off, then he simply gently rubs her shoulders, an unusually kind gesture for combatants - especially from Snake Eyes! Snake Eyes texts Scarlett, and she reads the text to Ariyanna : "Ariyanna, one parent's sin should not be the sins of the children. You have to choose your own path for yourself. I won't tell you what you should choose. There is little difference between G.I. Joe and Cobra. Both are responsible for horrible atrocities covered-up around the world. Both are heavily involved with very very dangerous and reckless scientific experimentations. There's just one difference Ariyanna; Cobra fights to oppress and enslave humanity and G.I. Joe fights to liberate and free humanity. The only reason that me and Scarlett still fight on G.I. Joe after all we have been through; is for that very reason. We fight the oppression and enslavement of humanity by Cobra forces. So you have to decide. Are you for human rights or against them. Then you choose for yourself: Cobra or G.I. Joe. But, if you fight against me or Scarlett; we will humiliate you every time by disarming you and pinning you down on your back. Because we refuse to kill you. You're not ready for this level of combat. Take my advice; and seek out a trainer, so you don't get murdered out here. Find Storm Shadow and tell him that Snake Eyes sent you; he will already know that you are Baroness' daughter, just from seeing you. Find Storm Shadow Ariyanna, become an apprentice of him; learn from him, or, I fear that you may end up in a pool of your own blood. I've been through a lot and I realize that a child should not be judged for their parent's mistakes or evils. You are not evil. You are just a child. You have time to make your own choices and decide for yourself. Storm Shadow will protect you. " Now that I have a nearly complete collection; I have it to where in the days to come Ariyanna and Fiona will meet, and they will not get along at all!! This will cause Fiona's parents great internal conflict! How can they preserve both children with them battling each other whenever everyone else is busy in the larger war?! Hmmm ... ! I will not tell anyone the "call signs - code names" I invent for Ariyanna and Fiona; just in case I may ever decide to actually type out a book and see if Hasbro will publish it! So their awesome code names will remain with me, just in case. Because coming up with one-off, not already used, cool action figure names is quite challenging to do! That is why I referred to the "children" in this without any code names. I literally have no idea why the Cobra "Baroness" is named after a Russian Grand Duchess; Anastasia, and that is why I chose to use the spelling of Ariyanna for her daughter. That is rather odd they used such a culturally popular name, especially after the Disney cartoon story; now almost everyone knows the story of Anastasia! Oh well, what else can be said, but: lol. I mean, Scarlett is named after the character from "Gone With The Wind," so there is that! I simply laugh that the name of Duchess was given to a Baroness, lol, ... and why after all the years has the "Baroness" never moved up in nobility?! ... hehehe! Hmmm.
I posted this comment here to remind the readers, not to get caught up into silly arguments and 'controversies' involving toys - but to appreciate the opportunities given, to pick them up, and embrace them; and see where the imagination will go with them! I bought two of the first waves repainted figures; because, underneath all that new rubber tech are figures that look just like what the original characters might look like as actual people! They're not exactly identical to the originals; because, these new 6in. figures are more like actual people as the characters! Removing all the extra rubber reveals a black collard shirt Flint, just like the original! And, don't "knock" Lady Jaye's version one 6in, figure; because she looks exactly how a professional US Army Ranger Female Soldier should look for real! It is against US Military Regs for female soldiers to have makeup on in uniform; they also must have either very short hair or hair that is pulled back into a tight bun or tucked up into uniform headgear. The one exception might be lipstick, depending locational command regs enforced per base. Lady Jaye looks like an outstanding professional US Army Ranger! They look so much like people and not toys at all; that you can really let your imagination flow, and see where it goes: with live-action "story play!" That's all I'm trying to say. Enjoy what we've been given! Avoid the "grumpies" and just have Fun! Okay.
I just made all this up at 3am, looked back and noticed some obvious typos, hmmm; should I fix it, or just let it stand ... not sure if I want it to say "Edited" with no one knowing what was edited. I didn't miss much though; just some "Auto-corrects" changing names, like Decobray grrrr: it's supposed to be DeCobray obviously! The only thing I noticed i left out was simply; that, the "Vitality Serum" infects DNA and stops the growth and aging process of the infected DNA. Meaning that the age of infected specimens remains intact indefinitely! So, in my own imagination; most of the G. I. * Joe team are permanently in their mid-thirties give or take some years between them all. Yet, they have the vitality of twenty-year-olds! That was specifically what I meant in my post. But anyways, it's all just a fascinating idea for how to actually have some Fun with these new action figure Toys! You "play" video games right?! So, what's wrong with "playing" with action figures?! You get much less eye strain from them! Anyone with an imagination like me, can have lots of fun with them! Currently there are a lot of them for really good prices on the Amazon website; check every day for the lowest prices! I've collected two sets myself: one to stand on display and the others to story-play with! My first novel was written in pen on yellow notepads when I was ten years old; using the original G.I. Joes and Cobra figures! I made a science-fiction drama and a police drama out of them! I even renamed all of them and had to make file cards to keep track of who was who, haha! One G.I. Joe would sometimes "play" four or five characters for my many story-plays! By age thirteen I was an actual novelist, thanks to all my G.I. Joe "props!" : - ) - just remember: actual writing goes through a collection of edits and revisions; and my social comments are more like first drafts at best! I just wanted to share some creative inspirations, that's all.
A great character Larry Hama created and was very popular that Hasbro never would have come up with. One of my many disappointments with the live action film was they had the chance to do a love triangle with her Duck and Snake Eyes but they blew it like so much else..
@@Afineaddition btw do u also think that Samara weaving has been losing weight! She just looks totally different from when she filmed the The Babysitter!!
I have never understood why Hasbro had such inconsistency when it came to the sculpting of their female action figures... 1982 Scarlett - No pony--tail unlike the Card Art 1983 Cover Girl - short hair on the figure, shoulder length hair on the card art 1984 Baroness - They got it right, Long hair on both the figure and card art 1985 Lady Jaye - "screw it, just put a hat on her and be done with it" 1986 Zarana - the weird looking Mohawk that isn't a Mohawk hairstyle 1987 Jinx - "let's just completely hide her face and head altogether." I have the first 4 since childhood and the 4 were played with just as much as any male figures since they each brought their own unique "bad-ass-ness" to the table.
The movie Snake Eyes Scarlett was played by actress Samara Weaving the niece or daughter of Hugo Weaving who played Agent Smith in The Matrix film. Rachel Nichols was amazing in the GI Joe: Rise of Cobra live-action movie.
I remember those days....had the biggest crush on her as I love redheads......hated that she was switched out in favor of Lady J in the later seasons of the cartoon! No disrespect to the J, just Scarlett was always number one to me!

i remember a different accident with an arrow through vocal chords and explosion disfiguring snakeeyes. don’t recall that window explosion.
Scarlett is bae.
I really like her
Scarlett was the second GI Joe action figure I bought in the summer of 1982, along with Rock N Roll!
The new series that just started up is so good.
If Scarlett goes up against Jinx it'll be a good fight
Snake eyes Scarlett storm shadow and timber are my favorites even tho timber just a pet wolf
My favorite red headed "egg". Lol.
She is very nice 👍
I love Scarlett 😍😘
Why does no one talk about Lady J ?
I don't know. It does seem kind of like they abandoned her compared to all the use that Scarlett gets.
This might be a weird question but is there any continuity where Scarlett & Snake Eyes have a child together? I know there are some where Flint & Lady Jaye are the parents to Marissa Fairborn in the Transformers comics.
As far as I know no. At least yet.
In terms of GI Joes, Cover Girl and Quick Kick and Ship Wreck need love too.
G. I.Joe #21 ‘ name is Silent Interlude not silent castle and probably the best joe story ever written. Please do Snake Eyes next
Scarlett and Snake Eyes 😍 was going to wed. Revelation 14 and Zechariah 14:15 the scripture used. But Snake Eyes 😍 fell into a deep depression 😷. Baby doll you would run for President and I would too! Snake Eyes 😍 spoke to Scarlett, as he drove off with his depression 😷 to finish 11th grade (I TERRLL). Scarlett knowing that God only moved his stroke away from her that he would return to her for her surley of the incredible 💓🙏 size of humanity whom waited till they got to their 40's to start dating! WOW! And WOW 😮😲 again with my 7 foot woman! Terrill TC!
You might wanna do an extended/revised version of this one.
Give me Tunnel Rat.
When I was a kid I thought Scarlet was hot af
5:49 thought I saw Hawkeye for a moment
While I can appreciate the comics and the stories that Larry Hama contributed to the characters, I am primarily a G.I.JOE fan strictly because of the Sunbow cartoon series. My favorite episodes have Duke and Scarlett together in some of the episodes. So I prefer Scarlett with Duke. BJ Ward did an outstanding job as the voice of Scarlett. LOL!! 👍👍😃😃
What's the name of the comic where snake eyes face gets blow & his wears army clothes? I wanna read it
Scarlett is one Hot redhead, she is brave and strong, intelligent and beautiful, I always loved Scarlett. Yo Joe.
Can you do Wild Bill next
I like how she has multiple advanced degrees, but went enlisted
i wondered about that.
Now that I have a nearly complete collection; I have it to where in the days to come Ariyanna and Fiona will meet, and they will not get along at all!!
Joe "props!" : - )
- just remember: actual writing goes through a collection of edits and revisions; and my social comments are more like first drafts at best! I just wanted to share some creative inspirations, that's all.
Will you do a Duke history video?
A great character Larry Hama created and was very popular that Hasbro never would have come up with. One of my many disappointments with the live action film was they had the chance to do a love triangle with her Duck and Snake Eyes but they blew it like so much else..
I hoping after make Snakes eye, they should do movie about Scarlet next.
Can’t wait to see Samara Weaving play her
Me too. I hope she brings the character to life.
Well, she only got like 8 to 10 minutes of scrrentime.
@@digimon3522 Yeah, that movie was horrendous.
@@Afineaddition i dont blame her tho, i just thought that her an the Batoness felt too forced!
@@Afineaddition btw do u also think that Samara weaving has been losing weight! She just looks totally different from when she filmed the The Babysitter!!
I collect the gi joes
In the cartoon she dated Duke, In the comics she dated Snake eyes and in the movie ripcord
Snake and Scarlet were later married in the original marvel comic continuity if I’m not mistaken right?
@@Kopaka808 Not married, but they were definitely engaged. I think in one of the Transformers crossovers, they did get married.
What a BABE!
She loves her crossbow a lot. 😀👍
So is Scarlett Duke's love interest or snake eyes? Because in the comic book her and snake are a item.
I have never understood why Hasbro had such inconsistency when it came to the sculpting of their female action figures...
1982 Scarlett - No pony--tail unlike the Card Art
1983 Cover Girl - short hair on the figure, shoulder length hair on the card art
1984 Baroness - They got it right, Long hair on both the figure and card art
1985 Lady Jaye - "screw it, just put a hat on her and be done with it"
1986 Zarana - the weird looking Mohawk that isn't a Mohawk hairstyle
1987 Jinx - "let's just completely hide her face and head altogether."
I have the first 4 since childhood and the 4 were played with just as much as any male figures since they each brought their own unique "bad-ass-ness" to the table.
Don't know why the cartoon replaced her with Lady Jaye.
Was her father given a name in the episode he appeared in? The one where he got captured & brainwashed.
The movie Snake Eyes Scarlett was played by actress Samara Weaving the niece or daughter of Hugo Weaving who played Agent Smith in The Matrix film. Rachel Nichols was amazing in the GI Joe: Rise of Cobra live-action movie.
Nice job! I never knew half this stuff.
and knowing is have the battle.
@@RayneYoshilda Well done! Kind of set myself up for that one, huh? haha
Who are Grunt?
Please do one on Lady J and Cover girl.
Chris
i have like six of those
Did you do Who is Lady J yet?
When will you do Duke?
I remember those days....had the biggest crush on her as I love redheads......hated that she was switched out in favor of Lady J in the later seasons of the cartoon! No disrespect to the J, just Scarlett was always number one to me!
I was more of a cover girl kind of guy! 😁
B.J.WARD!
Her stepdaughter is actress Helen Hunt from the series "Mad About You".
Wasn’t she also a distant relation to Destro ? According to the Baroness
That was Lady Jaye in the cartoon.
When you narrate these, could you reference the sources somehow as you present the images?
Nicole Koch Most is then are from the Marvel Comics Comic books
