The calls in this time will be dropping these months because of the Hiring Freeze; They follow the Holiday Season so better be prepared for the future opportunities from Mid January Onwards!
Thank you, Abhishek. Your words inspire me even further. As a fresher with career gap, I'm still finding it challenging to secure a job or even an interview in the current market situation. I have a suggestion: could you possibly organize mock interviews? (Maybe as a paid version.) This could help many individuals gain confidence in their abilities.
Thanks ,Abhishek for this info. I am also a job seeker, have been searching job for last 6 months but unfortunately not get yet. I am still hopeful that i'll get a job soon.
Hi Abhishek, I have two years of experience as a system engineer, and I’m currently working as a full stack developer. However, I’m looking to transition into a DevOps role. I’ve noticed that most job openings require prior DevOps experience, and I’m unsure how to make this switch. Could you please provide some guidance?

Thank you Abhishek. I've 3 years of experience. Currently my company doesn't support any early relieving. I cleared my 1st round of interview in a reputed company and next week will be my last round. So, keeping this in mind - I dropped my papers and by the end of this year, I will be relieved from the company. Will these 2 months become difficult for me for job search?
Hi Abhishek, I have to serve a mandatory 3 Months Notice period at my company. So is it advisable to put papers in the Start of November by taking risk, and by the time of Jan, completing the three months and be available to join as an immediate Hire?
if you company has resignation take back. you can try. but if they dont allow cancelling your resignation. Please look for companies that are okay with 3 months notice period
I joined a new company as DevOps Engineer, before worked for 2.2 years and took a break of 5-6 months for pursuing post graduate specialisation program on DevOps to upskill myself and joined new company on June 2024 worked there for 5-6 months, and resigned because, the company was having extendable dedicated night shifts and few misaligned tasks and also due to unexpected personal emergency had to resign served my notice and got relieved on Nov 15th 2024 s LWD, due to upcoming days hiring on Nov and December there will be slow process, will this cause any issue for next hiring as gap or anything @Abhishek any guidance on this?
You should have managed to complete at least one year in a company, the next hiring manager will definitely have a question regarding stability......they will dig into the reasons of why did you quit and the reasons should be properly justified.
