Perfect vlog for Sunday morning viewing 👍🏻 A bit of Freddy Drives in there. Glad you spotted that footpath by the road, it looked a bit sketchy at first on the road.
Busy busy and still getting the miles in. Editing i'm informed, is highly time consuming too. Your attitude/flexability aroung your training is such a blessing; Another leaf out of your book I will be adopting.
Editing definitely takes longer than the runs (even the long runs!!). Just have to take time for yourself and then do these things when you have time. I’m currently putting videos nearly 2 weeks after the actual runs - which is really unusual for me
What a gorgeous place to stay, and run! I've come to love exploring new places, I'm actually sad at all the vacations/ work trips I DIDN'T run on! I'm glad you recovered from your manflu quickly!
Absolutely enjoy listening to your podcast. Nice to find a real runner making progress. I’m not as quick nor able to run your kind of distances it’s not relevant as long as I am running I am happy. Well Done Freddy
On the road with Freddy, can't say I miss the journeys to Watford or Plymouth that I had to do, jeez that hotel doesn't look like any Travelodge now does it - And absolutely listen to the plodcast :P
Definetly listen to the podcast (well i was on there so its kind of polite) honestly its the best content you guys put out, nothing against the videos they are also amazing, the pod casts just happen to be an hour plus instead of 20 mins! Great content and running as always mate keep plodding! Jamie
Well, you went on adventure and you never know what you are gonna find. That's the good news and sometimes the bad news. I was wondering how you felt after sitting down for a bit? I would tighten up! Good luck with everything and love the swearing, keep it fucking real, mate!
I don't know if you use Komoot already, but it's amazing for quick route planning. It uses OS maps so has every footpath and bridleway mapped out, and can sync a route to your watch pretty easily. I went to uni in Guildford and used to run/ride around the Surrey Hills all the time, so I know there's loads of good trails around where you were
Excellent content as always! I'd be done for days after that drive. Good to hear someone else has a 'family championship' too!
I try to get out of the car at least every 100 miles. Definitely makes the journey easier and less tiring

Think the camera made it look way worse than it was - the cars were actually pretty far from me 🚑

Loving the podcast. A couple naturals at podcast hosting. Well done. Look forward to more.
Thanks Rob, it’s a weird one - effectively, we are just mates talking and you never know if that will actually work or not

Always take my shoe away with me, just in case there is a chance to run. Manful didn’t quite get hold of me this time 😊

Thanks Steve! And thanks for watching/listening. Running is the best isn’t it?

Travelodge, do you know who I am?? 😂🤣… fortunately, I don’t book the hotels, or they would be much more down market 😉

Thanks Jamie, look forward to getting you back on again soon 👍

You know what they say Freddy, small bladder, huge VO2 Max!
It took a minute to loosen the legs off again, after sitting down 🤣

Yes, I have used Komoot many times, a really useful tool. I often enjoy just going out and finding routes too, it doesn’t always work out though
