Great series! If you exhale in the stretch you can “relax” into a more mobile range. A lot of people hold their breath. Just breathe and relax and the joints open right up.
Very nice video thank you. I feel you guys missed calf, hamstring, quads, pelvis/ groin and lower back stretching with citing only those three stretches. Warm regards from a Mozambican fan ❤ 🇲🇿
I rarely do any stretches, not the static ones anyway. Before runs I do dynamic stretches and drills and after I tend to massage and roll. I really think stretches are overrated. Never had a need to do them for 30 years and I'm still doing HIIT as well as zone 2 running.
We've also created this free mobility flow that you can do at home: bit.ly/CPd-Mobility-Flow

Thank you for this very clear instruction 😊
Thanks for posting. I really appreciate the help you're all giving to runners. Devlin looks great doing them. He's so supple and controlled.
So helpful to hear you talk through these and why they are useful to us!
My tightness is all in the hamstrings. I can do all these stretches with ease. I guess concentrating on the parts that are tight is more productive?
It's all connected
Stretch every part of your body. Concentrate more on your hamstrings but stretch your other muscles to.
These are awesome! I love that it's simple and not a ridiculous complicated process.

Thank you! So very appreciative of your insights. Cheers from Colorado!
Appreciate the in depth tutorial for these exercises!
Superb teaching
I wonder we do after warmups or after running? Thanks
are these best done after running and the muscles are warm?
We should do this before or after the run?
Are there any exercises for runners with hip dysplasia specifically?
Thank you for your job, guys!
Love this channel!! ❤
Awesome!
Thank you, but I'm 60 y/o, and these exercises require me to be a pretzel 😅. Do you have other good exercises for older people? Thanks again
Brilliant ! Well done . I have done a version of the first stretch and it's been mega so very happy to watch this video . Thank you xxxxxxx
How often should we do these stretches ? 3-4 times per week ?

im way too tight for any of this
Ha! Bum Bones…
No offence, but only about 0.00000001% of runners are going to do these elaborate stretches.
