Crap, I didn’t realise you’d properly damaged your wrist last time. Surgeon sounds serious. I wasn’t keen on that first southern loop - a lot of road work for some pretty poor lanes, half of which go through built up areas, but we have to ride the route we’ve been given for the newcomers rides. You did well on some reasonably technical lanes later on. Looking forward to the next one.
Thankfully it's only the little bones inside rather than the radius or ulna. That would be a major problem 😃 I think as a package it all worked really well together mate and you kept a really good pace all day too which is nice. Me too, I think there's one coming up in January but might be a newcomer ride and I'm not sure I can be a newcomer by then 😃
@@dynamotightstar3472 We’ll have to see how busy it gets. The cold wet ones are less likely to be filled by absolute newcomers. I’ll probably be at the back on the next ride, as it’s likely to be in the north of the county (although not confirmed) and I don’t know the lanes up there.
14:14 well handled. There's something wrong with him. Notice how the dog cowered in fear when he went near it?
He's definitely a creepy pr#ck. He's probably the worst we've encountered in that respect.

@@Rupe yeah that's a valid point really. It's bloody hard work in the freezing cold and deep.mud isn't it.
Do you prefer being lead or Tec?
@@dynamotightstar3472 Don’t mind. Certainly a bit easier not having to lead, though. Good for lazy days.
@@Rupe yep very true. The GPS doesn't seem to be the quickest for bikes. They always update as you get to or past the turn you want.
Hi
Another cracking vid!
Do you mind sharing the GPX for this too?
Thanks!
Hi mate, as per the previous vid, I don't have it but come along and join the Herts TRF.
