I’ve seen the thread who accused you of cheating. It’s so hard for me not to call them out. “I’m not mad….buut I’m going to get a judge”. You’re a strong and good person for not calling them out.
Keep your head up, keep being positive as you always are even in these unfair moments. I’m still excited to where you end up this season!

@@canaanmellard who called the judge? You cannot get DQ’d without a judge /head judge present. If you weren’t upset you would have waived the judge inspection.
I don’t think you’re wrong in having concerns. Cheaters are a sad reality I the TCG but I think situations can get escalated quickly (when they don’t even warrant a judge call). You can tell in the video he can’t even focus on discussing the match because of the situation that happened. Studies show that those who intentionally cheat /do wrong don’t show remorse. This man is holding back tears trying to finish the video.
I am sorry that you had to go through this, I have also now become a miraidon player. Some people ain’t the best but you have to push through it!

New to the game and love your channel. If I may ask a question... I noticed, in the beginning, there were a few shots where a token was on your cards. Why is that?

🌭💪🏻👌🏻 Ayyy dope seeing you there lol! My day was honestly solid outside of underperforming. All the drama happened 15 minutes before round 9 and then at the start of round 9, concentrated all pretty much into a 25 minute time period to close out the event.
Luckily I chilled with a bunch of my local friends after the event and it cheered me up a ton 👌🏻

Dang man that sucks! People being accused of cheating when you clearly have not seems like a real downer. And the staff issues on top of it. The Pokémon company needs to fix these issues and the players just need to be better players in the way they act or their behavior in games bc that’s really unfair for you to get in trouble for something you didn’t even do.
How do you suggest the issues get fixed? The staff volunteer their time for these events, please keep that in mind.

Glizzzzzy Gang! And the cheating incident and the event staff issues (where I had 5 witnesses) are to separate things that took place within the same 20 minute period just to clarify! Was super crappy that both happened but will go into full detail next video to clear up everything publicly!

That tie rule is dumb. Should come down to prize cards then number of cards in deck. Never should be a tie imo.
Yeah they have that rule in place but only for the very end stages of the tournaments like in Top 8 or Top 4 or Finals where they need to have a defined winners. everything before that can just come down to a tie

SA Regionals was my 1st Regionals and man did I come across some scummy people, I get that there's a lot of money on the line but can we have some fun while playing? Just people with terrible attitudes and I got to experience what slow playibg was for the 1st time as well. Dude kept calling judges to ask for time while dragging the clock. I'll give an example, he played Super Rod to put energy back in the deck that he was going to mirage gate and he told me he was going back in the deck and starting shuffling so I told him just get what you're going to get and he said he was doing it for ritual. So he shuffles forever then gets the energy for mirage gate and shuffles forever again.
As for the cheating accusation on the shuffling omg what would you even gain from it that late in the tournament when both of you aren't making day 2, they match you against the same records so neither of you had anything to gain from playing out that last match and the win was insignificant.

I have to come out and speak on the “cheating accusation” on round 9
I was his opponent and the fact of the matter is that I perceived he was looking at my deck while shuffling, said something about it and never mentioned it again nor escalated the situation
Told him that I wasn’t upset with him nor was I acting any type of way during the set- sometimes people look at decks to get an advantage of what I am playing.
On top of the fact that I knew there was a very slight chance that a win that round could result in championship points- you can check the full standings if you want proof of that!
The fact that is video is painting me to being rude or mean to you is not the case at all, if you want me to provide more proof I had a good friend who was sitting in the chair next to you as we were playing.
I just want to clear that air and this is really not okay to use your platform and paint me as this really awful person, when I try my best to make sure that I am respecting everyone at these events
On top of I had no idea what happened r8 of your tournament and I am sorry you had to go through that experience, I do not think you are a bad person and thank you for letting me know you would explain what happened in another video

L attitude, dont devalue someone's emotions by saying there's worse things to compare pain out there in the world, its not a relevant or a fair comparison.
When your livelihood is threatened because a high ranking event staff member on a power trip deemed you guilty of something you didn't do before you even get to defend yourself I think I'm allowed to get emotional.
10s of thousands of dollars were at stake. If it get banned from all Pokemon events that's a huge blow.
