When you go to the Body Helix website, click on the full compression sleeve product. Then look at the images below the big picture. One of those has instructions on how to measure your elbow, what the different sizes are, etc.
What size do you use? Did you say it shrinks? I’m small & was going to order a small (after measuring) but if it shrinks maybe I should get a medium? Thanks ☺️
Paddletek. But Leigh and Anna Leigh Waters play with that brand and they apparently love it. So I’m sure it doesn’t do that for everyone or the pros would not use it.

Mine is a medium. No, it does not shrink if you put it in the dryer.
