Next up, hometown wide receivers
Next up hometown center 😂
We'll finally get a good one
Finally
Can't wait to watch you lose your mind during "What if every team had a home town punter"
Pittsburg is pretty easy lol 😅
10:52, I swear, I thought John Kelly was a president.
Please make this a series!
He could do every actual position and I'll watch all of them. Give me hometown Left Guards and hometown Outside Linebackers (2 for each team, right and left).
@@iMr_Jones Same
Honestly I feel like for teams that represent multiple states like the panthers or multi-state areas like the commanders should be allowed to pick players from both states, or at least from the other state if its within the city's metro area
14:22 Jordan Todman went to my High School. His Jersey is actually retired in our gymnasium.
My hometown is actually the photo at 2:39. Those two Dunks are on Squire Rd in Revere, MA!
As a Huskers fan, Breece Hall not being a Husker was definitely one of the top recruiting fumbles of our college lol. Born right in Omaha.
0:27 already a banger
14:18 He was my old school’s RB coach😂. Very cool dude 👍🏾
Do this again but with Tight Ends next.
CJ Ham reference in 2025?!? The world might be healing.
Why is massachusetts so true with dunkin' dounts and angry drivers 💀🙏
10:40 I know a relative to cooper rush plus I have met Jason Witten sadly I am a commmanders fan
Saquon played at Whitehall, an hour from Philly. Don't you take our Super Bowl MVP from us!
Moved to Lehigh Valley when he was 4! No shade to Swift, but Saquon would say he is from PA.
11:21 Let the record show that not only is Cortez Thaddeus Ham Jr a 2 time pro bowler, but he also once came to a pep fest at my high school and drilled a half court shot on the first try.
So you're saying he's the goat

A NEW BEN SCHWARMER VIDEO
10:22 Allen was a DOG on UW, I think most packer fans love the guy, and mat would somehow make it work
Thank god my broncos got someone this time
I actually thought Saquon was going to go teamless in this episode. I completely forgot he wasn't actually born in eastern PA, only moving to the area before the age of 5. I figured Swift would be the literal hometown pick for Philly over Saquon. Thank you Bronx for saving Saquon from being homeless.
9:42THE K9 DISRESPECT
For the Eagles I already knew it was gonna be Swift 😂
For Sofi and Metlife use the proximity to the team's headquarters because I don't believe either are located at the same facility
Can we get WR next
13:24 did you say MASSIVE?
M…M…Ma…Ma…MASSIVE?
@ absolutely massive
I grew up in north Florida and I can tell you that a lot of people there would consider Yulee to still be in Jax. Yulee is part city, part town, and part county. The counties are weird in that area and can even superseded the city their in for mailing purposes in some cases
Need to do this for all positions and then make a team in Madden and see who wins a season with these players
At least Detroit gets to have a good time with hometown DE’s. We’d surely continue to have Aidan Hutchinson, who’s a hometown kid through and through.
I love Myles Gaskin he already is a hometown hero
There are literally two chick fil as next to each other in Monroe 2:42
Where is Ben Shwarmer just tell us closure
Now do this with every position and put it in Madden.
Let’s see Tampa bay
I think a fun (but possibly frustrating) video idea is to make a team for every state and throw them into a tournament to see which state is the best. (If you can’t find any semi pro or college players then just throw in a 12 overall player at that position or something)
Make this a series. Once you fill the whole team put them into madden franchise and see what happens.
you should do this for every position besides for O-line unless you want to. At the end put the teams together and see who you think would win the most games and if you wanted to you could do it in madden and see who gets to the super bowl and maybe do coaches as well that might be fun
A LOT of great RBs come from San Diego. Something in the water.
Terrell Davis, Reggie Bush, Arian Foster, Rashad Salam, Ricky Waters, to name a few.
I was wondering who the Steelers’ running back would be, forgetting that James Conner literally went to the same high school as my mother in Erie
Ben should make this a big series and do every position and do a madden franchise mode with all the hometown teams I’m loving this series
Chad Kelly and Saquon Barkley is fucking elite
Definitely need to keep this rolling for other positions. WR & TE are obvious next choices, but I hope we eventually get a kickers version too
WHERE IS BEN SHWARMER
Love his hat
Now wide reciever
He should do this for all the major skill positions, then create them in madden and sim a season with them
This is a video I wanted to see years ago. 😂
I am so freaking stoked with Bijan to the Cardinals. If we cant have Conner, Im thrilled with Bijan
I remember David Montgomery I grew up a decent amount away from him probably 45 minutes but I went to most of his games because where I went to High school he was in the same conference
Love hearing the Emanuel Wilson respect this guy knows ball
I'm a Michigan fan, so I'm qualified to say that you'd be okay with Kalel. You're right that it's not the most exciting pick, but he'd do the job.
Just make Caleb the RB in Washington. He’s better than Chris Rodriguez Jr… I mean. It’s a good start
Fun fact: Kalel Mullings went to the high school my dad used to work at and they actually met each other (milton academy)
Kalel Mullings is a beast! Michigan wouldn't have a winning record without him. The Pats did better than you think.
you should make a whole team of hometown players then put them in madden to see which state is the best for nfl talent
Haven’t made it there yet but Derrick Henry to the jags is kinda crazy.
Can't wait for hometown receiving corps
The AFC East is the biggest shopping cart I’ve ever seen. I bet you can’t guess the bad wheel.
power ranking the divisions:
1. NFC west
2. AFC west
3. AFC south
4. AFC east
5. NFC south
6. NFC east
7. AFC north
8. NFC north
Should make this a series to cover all 22+st then do a tournamentnt in Madden to see which state/team reigns supreme
The Ty Johnson disrespect. Rewatch his sliding TD catch - Commanders would be lucky to have him!
Bran I’ve been a sub since the early days and I just wanna say I appreciate all you do! Keep putting out the fire content!
Can’t wait for the hometown special teams: Kicker, Punter, and Long Snapper
Lol hopefully Saquon makes up for Chad Kelly 😭😭😭
as a falcons fan, i’m not too mad about this
From same town as Evan hull he was nasty in high school
Receivers next?
At this point, from a football fandom standpoint and geography standpoint, you may as well include Utah as hometown available for Denver Broncos.
Babe wake up a new long form Bran video dropped
It'll be interesting to see how each position will change things. I think we'll see a few more linemen coming out of the northern states vs RB. RIP Massachusetts tho 😂
Welcome back Kareem
LYNNWOOD WASHINGTON MENTIONED 🔥
As a colts fan, JT being a Texans fan honestly makes me sick😂😂
As a Texans fan, I have no idea why anybody outside Houston and East TX would be a fan of my team
Because if there is a good young qb on you’re team there gonna like them
@@LiamTharp-v5f bro jt is older than stroud. He was a fan of the matt schaub brock osweiler days...
@@vaikiam6431 not him but a lot of “fans” just hop on the bandwagon and leave
Can’t wait for the final QB club will it be Hurts or Mahomes 🤔
Hometown long snapper next
Love the concept but I think you should consider metropolitan area instead of just state boundaries. Someone who grows up in Camden, NJ or Wilmington, DE is way more connected to Philadelphia than someone from Erie.
Put this on madden
wide receiver 1 next
As a Packers fan and looking at the Lions and Vikings, yeah I’m happy with Braelon Allen 😂 former Badger too
Do WR’s the TE’s
We need hometown punters
Fun Fact: My friend is from Andover Massachusetts and he knows Kalel Mullings personally.
As a ravens fan, we always get fucked in these sort of things😂😂
Massachusetts disappoints me more and more
You should do this for every position (good luck with special teams). Michigan seems to have a lot of good defensive players right now, ut offense, eh...
Cummon, Ekler is from CO, and hes at least, like, alright this year
Top comment is a titans fan…
@@lukeyplayzRB I don’t want that
Rather have almost any other team ALMOST
Karma
I’d rather be a Titans fan than bears, lions, cowboys or Vikings!!! #gopackgo
Hi
Luke McCaffrey at QB
Christian McCaffrey at RB
Ed McCaffrey at WR (yes I know he is their dad and isn’t in the league anymore)
Saquon was born in new york but literally spent the rest of his childhood in pa wtf
@emperor192 yea, I agree. He moved to Lehigh Valley when he was 4. He'd consider that his hometown.
I like this since I saw Swift destroy us in high school can never root for him
WRs next
Not mentioning jordon mason for titans is criminal
Could you imagine Josh Allen and Saquon on the same team?
Are the falcons your second favorite team or something? Ive never heard you say anything about them except all the merch of theirs you wear
13:24 do you know what else is massive?
MrBenchwarmerBran, I wish you 7 years of prosperity and good fortune.
I never knew bijan was from Arizona.
Nice video👍
You should do this next for Tight ends, bran.
I would've suggested trying for a Running Back from any of the other New England states if possible, since, y'know, they're the NEW ENGLAND Patriots, but I guess that A. If it's not fair to give the Patriots that advantage when you didn't do the same thing with the Jets and Giants, it wouldn't be fair for them to get six potential states to look into, and B. I doubt that anyone plays currently in the NFL from a New England state if you couldn't find one from Massachusetts
Nah, gotta put respect on Mullings' name.
Milk it until you have a hometown teams or home town offense
Owing Mills is Baltimore tho😂
