I threw allthemodium, vibranium, and unobtainium ingots into an EnderIO sag mill with vibrant grinding balls and output them into vibranium furnaces and made it loop and called it a day.
Honestly if you haven’t gotten into enderIO, doing that probably takes just as much effort as getting into bees, which you’ll eventually need to do anyways for the ATM star. It’s awesome that you found another solution to this problem though! Just shows how cool modded minecraft is where there’s a bunch of different ways to go about doing the same thing
For those who are interest in making perfect bee gene: Start with water bee,. they have all weather traits by default, go fishing in a river biome and get 2 of them Tie the 2 water bee to a fence with roof, and let them wonder around for a few days to get metaturnal trait. very high productivity from kamikaze bee, wear the bee nest helmet and get a skeleton to shot you, put a stasis chamber between you and the skeleton to make capturing the bee easier. Strong Endurance is not important, but i think you can get it from draconic bee IIRC. Passive traits is just spamming honey treats on the bee
Only ones worth doing is with the best being productivity then the time one and lastly weather Note this is with using sim upgrades but there's no reason not to. And having a way to keep it always sunny and day the time and weather one doesn't matter at all
If you're not gonna use a particular bee for breeding or for conversion you don't have to bother incubating it, it's just a waste of treats. You can simply pop the child bees in a hive and they'll work and if I'm not mistaken they also grow up in the hives over time either way.

Apparently the KamikazBee, spawned by a certain helmet (I think), has maximum Productivity, and you can use this to pass the max Productivity to other bees

You can put that outside of your base (it needs to be dark, but it doesn't need to be underground) and use a pipe to output the contents of the hive to a chest. The bees will spawn in the dark, but once they enter the nest they will be collected in one of the bee cages and piped to the chest. I was able to quickly get enough for one full hive each without even needing to chunkload the hive, as just from my time in my base doing other things I was able to get enough to spawn

That wait you aren't forced to go check all the time wondering if it has worked yet

As another commenter said, you can actually tick accelerate the dark hives at night to get skeleton and zombie bees. The slowest actual thing then is getting bees with metaturnal and all weather traits, as you need to set up an aoe regen effect and have them leashed to a fence post for a few in-game days. Worth setting up before going out and doing all your nests! By the time you have all your base bees, you should be able to clone the best gene traits for them all, and then once applied to all your base bees you wont have to also apply them to all your final bees.
Im still confused as to why you would go into Productive Bees when you already started Mystical Agriculture. Are Bees better? if so why? how? can the mod do something Mystical Agriculture can't?

Change the colors of them! Also base me cables will connect no matter the color. Color to color won't connect

You need to get into both Mystical Agriculture and Bees in order to finish the pack.
certain resources are either gated or are produced exponentially faster with bees, and visa-versa.
