Everyone has a different route, you need to decide based on which college you want to be in and why. In general, it might make more sense to take CAT since you'll be able to target a wider range of colleges.
Did the founders of TTP prepare for CET only or did they give did give different exams as well? I'm aiming only for JBIMS as I think it is the only good college for me( mainly because of the fees). So should I Focus only on CET or should I prepare for other entrance exams as well? Pls answer my query it would be helpful for me.
Hello, Anay here. We had a variety of routes, I personally didn't take CAT in the year before CET. Others had taken CAT. You need to decide based on what your goals are and where you'd want to be.

Yes it'll be easier to stand out, but varies from company to company. Some will question why that particular degree is useful in that field.
Do companies in final placement have 10th/12th score eligibility criteria
Varies based on company, role and the batch quality of JBIMS that year.
