Hey y'all. I just wanna take this time to ask for prayer. I struggle with depression and an anxiety disorder periodically. Lately, this past weekend and Monday was difficult. I felt immense guilt and feelings of being a failure to my parents and family for some of the mistakes I've made in the past and present. I'm an emotional guy; wear my emotions on my sleeve so when depression and anxiety hit, the tears flow mightily. I know that it's not a bad thing to cry but coupled with guilt/shame it doesn't feel good. I know God has got me but I know reaching out to the body of Christ couldn't hurt and can yield mighty blessing. Aloha from Hawai'i. God bless! -Marc
