Captain Sandy's passion for helping her crew develope professionally & paying forward giving the same opportunities she was given to become a Captain - leave me doubting that she would prefer the same crew, I think she genuinely would rather take on board the additional challenges that comes with new crew members so she can continue to see her crew thrive in their own careers. Like Captain Sandy or hate her, you have to respect her willingness to train, develope & give opportunities to progress the careers of ever crew member that serves under her. And she does it automatically based on basic indications from her staff that they want to work hard & improve at their jobs.....it's not like her crew have to have conversations with her for it to happen.
I am obviously Team Sandy all the way, I have no idea how anyone could be Team Hannah....she was awful to watch on the show. Spoilt, entitled, lazy, immature, sour & behaved like a teenager in her love life.

present. It was the right choice. Hannah, Sandy did make that dramatic, it is a TV show though. I work in aviation and we have to be cognizant of what we take, especially traveling international where you may purchase some type of medication that is legal to purchase, but can't be used while on duty. Hannah should have known better having had beeen in yahting for years. I understand it was for anxiety, but she knew better. Sandy appears softer, isn't coming across as kurt...probably learning curve from being on TV.

They say some people find their true love with a co-worker. Cool good for them. Me? I'm in the other camp where we found nothing but disaster after a couple of weeks. Yes it was 3 disasters for me. 3rd time was not a charm for me 🤣 Never again. NEVER!!! Do not dip your pen in company ink boys 😂 Especially having to see them on a daily basis after the breakup 😧

Captain Sandy is always fair in how she deals with ppl and their problems. All the power to her.
Captain Sandy did nothing wrong firing Hannah, taking a controlled substance (Valium)and not telling anyone, it can stay in your body 50% for 20-70 hours afterwards, having someone in charge of other crew members, paying customers, and the yacht puts everyone at risk if someone's brain and body are slowed down by a drug, and they might not be steady on their feet.
Sandy has a problem with hierarchy she still thinks she's in the navy

Sandy's vocabulary varies from "I'm pissed" to "I'm fucking pissed," so listening to her try to talk coherently is dreadful
Men, don't let these women make you feel as if you're to blame for these break-ups! They have a built-in internal knack for it and it's a bunch of b.s.! Once you realize they're all ho's, the better off you'll be.
I can not stand Sandy. Her favoritism is horrible. The people she doesn't like she looks for anything to pick on them.
