It's a shield cancel aerial raptor boost. The falcon play grace and glory made a video on it three years ago. You should check it out if you wanted to see how it works!

ganon takes no skill...spamming nair going for cheese options... low tiers and S tiers don't take skill either...low tiers rely on annoying cheese and 1 gameplan while S tiers just cheat like Kazuya and Steve. Kazuya isn't as bad but steve is worse. Also just becuase the characters take no skill doesn't mean the player isn't skilled.
