finally know where and how to put in the anti odor plate! I just got this a couple days ago from Amazon and the instructions were not clear. Also i didn’t realize you can take out the bottom of the litter box and clean it … i thought you had to stick your hand in there! 😄This was a very good video! My cats have not yet used it .

Mine has never worked from when it came out of the box. Out of country customer no service dept. I asked for a working one. They saud it had a no return policy.

We got ours about a year ago. It works but I have to constantly reset it. Just had to replace the rake. It got bent some type of way. I hope this will fix it.

I have had my Els automatic cat litter box for 7 months. Mostly, it works ok. Mine has no indication line to show how much litter to use, so I have to guess. Many times I have had to go back in and remove litter because if it's too much the rake can't get through it. Also the rake tends to break up the clumps (and I have used Arm and Hammer hard clumping and now a lightweight litter by them that also claims to be hard clumping) and I have to go in with the provided scooper and remove smaller clumps. I just did a disassembly cleaning today (this is the second time) and that is a major undertaking. I have to watch this video and pause at each step to figure out what to do. But this video is not great either. The instuctions say you aren't supposed to push the door open if it's shut, but the video has you replacing the pan part and putting the foam rubber stoppers back inside while the function has the door closed. So how else are you supposed to do it? Anyway, this pan helps cut down on manual litter box scooping, but doesn't eliminate it. You have to still keep an eye on things. It was supposedly $200 off when I bought it. I really kind of wish I had spent the extra and bought a Litter Robot. But I have this now and will work with it as long as it functions. Also I have 4 cats. My two younger cats use this but I still have to maintain regular litter boxes for the 2 older cats who seem scared of it.

I am having a syncing issue with the app. Light never flashes to sync
