    I hope massey pays you well for these videos because yours are the only good ones on the internet. After watching a great deal of videos across a number of tractors your videos convinced me to buy a 5710S. I wish I wasn't half a country away from you or I'd have happily bought it from you!

      Actually we do it for our customers to learn so we can grow sales in our dealer area. Don't get any help from Massey Ferguson other than when anyone buys a New Massey Ferguson it helps AGCO and that allows them to invest more into new products that we get to share with our customers. We always recommend buying from your local dealer they are the ones that will support you long after the sale.

      We are upgrading lots of tractors with LED Lights the Crisp Bright White Light makes it easier to see when having to work at night.

    That loader stick on the chair (S model) makes the second door much easier to get in and out of.

    Great video, keep them coming, I like to see those Massey tractors!
    What's the difference between a 5700S and a 5700SL?

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  3 роки тому +2

      Thanks for the Comments. Much Appreciated.
      5700SL is the previous model of the 5700S. Hood Styling was one of the biggest changes between the 5700SL and 5700S Models.

    what is the difference 5700s and the 5700sl version?
    and also is the 1000PTO standard on the 5700sl model is it an option?

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  4 місяці тому

      2015 the 5700SL was the First Generation and then replaced in 2018 by the 5700S. Easiest was to tell is the Hood Decal. Side Decal has Big "S" Model Number at Front of Decal versus Below the Massey Ferguson Name. And New Bold Transmission Type Decal. Depends on the Package the original 5700SL Classic Package was 540/540 Economy as base equipment Deluxe was 540.540 Economy/1000. It could be optioned either way when dealer ordered.

    I'm lookin for a 90-95 pto hp tractor for running a jaylor mixer wagon. Typically put 3 hrs a day on the tractor. Which model.would you recommend? Thanks

    • @VahrenbergImplement

      Depends on Features you Want and Dollars you want to spend for Extra Features and Comfort. 5700 or 6700 Global Series are more economical. You can get the standard 12x12 Power Shuttle Transmission for less in the 5700 Global Series or step up to the Dyna 4 like featured. If you want the Ultimate in Comfort & Convenience then look at the 5700S Series these are the High Spec Tractors. You can customize the specs to your needs with features you want. I would visit your local Massey Ferguson Dealer and discuss your needs and the features available and pricing. We have individual videos on all of these models and will help learn and see how they operate to help find the best tractor to fit your needs.

    Are you anticipating stiff competition from the Fendt 300 coming in May 2022? It’s about the same price of the S, but heavier and with IVT but same exact Agco engine.

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  3 роки тому

      Nope. Fendt not a competitor to Massey Ferguson. Both are AGCO owned products. Fendt Owners and Massey Ferguson Owners two different customer bases. Fendt cost much more than Massey Ferguson and the dealer makes more of a Difference. Fendt is being sold to corporate buyers that traditionally are John Deere Customers. Bring 'em to America. More AGCO Products sold the better for all AGCO Brands.

      @@VahrenbergImplement agreed but my dealer sells both Massey and Fendt. I have two large buildings full of Fendt tractors from a 1167 down to a 516… I bought my first Massey a couple years ago cause there was no small utility option with Fendt here in the USA. I’m not interested in grey market stuff so in order to stay with my dealer, I got a 4710 cab, 5711 and 6713 global platform tractors for various utility tasks. Coming from Deere R to Fendt, Massey’s are very, very different and built around being affordable, you can see that throughout but I really like them, they are easy to work on and reliable…for under 100k you just can’t beat them for what they are.

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  3 роки тому +1

      That is the Exact Product Positioning for Massey Ferguson and Fendt from AGCO. They are not designed to compete against other. You want the the Ultimate in Features, Functions and Price...buy Fendt. You want Straightforward, dependable Tractors at less ownership cost...buy Massey Ferguson. Two different products and two different price tags and features.

    Have you heard of any issues where people use the auxiliary power plugs under your right arm for balers/.sprayers and blowing fuses?

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  9 місяців тому +1

      Yes, When the Amp Draw of the Implement is Greater than the Fuse can handle. Especially on Balers with Electric Tie or Net Wrap Actuators. Switched Power is 5amp or 10 amp and Unswitched is 15 or 25 amp on most ISO Power Ports. Biggest Voltage Draw/Spike is when the actuator ends the stroke. Heavy draw implements should always run power to the battery. We like the Power Harness from 2900 Series Round balers with Power Switch and Slo Blow Fuses built in Power Supply Harness.

      @@VahrenbergImplement well, thats sucks. Thanks for verifying that. I have a 556 baler and a small sprayer mounted on it and ran it off my 2003 4345 amp outlets for many many years without the slightest issue. The tech where i got my tractor said it could be an issue with my 5711…guess i will run a wire.

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  9 місяців тому

      You can give it a try. If it blows the fuse or limits implement performance you know what to do. Run a dedicated Powersupply to the Battery.

    Have you guys ever ordered a Massey with hook-ends? I can’t understand why more dealers and buyers in the USA don’t have them...makes connecting implements and attachments so much faster and easier. Having Fendt first and now some Massey’s, I could never go back to ball. On another note, does Massey use Hella LED lights like Fendt?

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  3 роки тому

      We custom ordered this 5713S with Hook Ends: ua-cam.com/video/VpFiUQ_UYAw/v-deo.html and I have a couple stock units on order with Hook Ends. We are starting to see more and more interested in this feature. Reminds us of the ends Oliver has back in the 1960's & 70's.

    • @zfilmmaker
      @zfilmmaker 3 роки тому +1

      @@VahrenbergImplement I do no know of the Oliver ones you speak of. Never owned an Oliver. Interesting info, I’ll have to check that out! I wonder if they were Walterscheid (manufacture of Hook-ends), I know they’ve been in business since the 40’s.

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  3 роки тому

      Oliver/White built their own 3 Point Arms and not Walterscheid Style. Biggest thing is keeping track of the balls or buying enough for all your implements. I see more and more customers looking at the Hook Ends, especially those changing implements often or running 3 point implements. Most big implements in North America have been drawbar pulled implements. Hay Equipment is where we are seeing he rise in popularity more than row crop implements.

    • @zfilmmaker
      @zfilmmaker 3 роки тому +1

      @@VahrenbergImplement I’m not getting your point. 3-point tillage means power harrows and tillers? I’ve got a 15’ Maschio Pantera that I use with hook-end mount on my Fendt 724. The high cost of Walterschied guide cones suck but it’s a much faster hook up. Everything else I have tillage wise is drawbar…other than power harrows and tillers, if it’s a 3-point mount disc that must be weekend warrior… too small for me.

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  3 роки тому

      My customers are using hook ends for Hay Tools like Rotary Rakes, Discmowers, Disc Conditioners, etc. I don't know a single customer using power harrowers or large tillers like that. Most is no-till farming in Missouri and only 3point Tillage is a Ripper they might use. Very little tillage is done here. Some vertical till to cut stalks and dry ground in the spring. Other areas see different practices. The Hay Customer is our biggest 3point user and they hat 3 point implements too. But hook ends are helping bridge that dislike.

Not lasting very long on the lot. Massey Ferguson North America has set a New Growth Record for the 4th Straight year in a Row! Broke last years record in Mid-November and we still got several weeks to go to sell more and help them grow even more!

      Which Model and Configuration? The best thing is to visit your local dealer and sit down and spec out the tractor how you would like as their are several options on the 5700 Global Series and Numerous Options on the 5700S Series. Or you can Build Your Own on Massey Ferguson Website: 5700 Global: www.masseyferguson.com/en_us/products/tractors/mid-range/mf-5700.html
