Pipe Dream Bourbon is crafted from barrels aged a minimum of four years. The mash bill consists of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, and 4% Malted Barley.

Long-Term Review : It has a lot of potential but is relatively "hot" in my opinion. Worth a try at a bar but probably would NOT buy another bottle this year. I would say the next batch of this would be spot on.

I really enjoy your channel and keeping it simple. I notice I’m not too much of an aged whiskey guy. 7 years tend to be my sweet spot.
