Yes! That is the most challenging part. By constant practice, our mind gets used to it and we overcome this problem. It is just a blockage in our mind, nothing else.

You need to practice long notes. This is the only way to get rid of hissing sound.
I don’t understand why the cameraman & editor have focused on the fingers when the tutorial is about using tongue.
