Youtube autoplay suddenly disappear for no reason

Due to many people hasn't notice and make this video dicussing this problem yet is best i made this video for everyone to know this issue
Also is it just me or everyone has the same experience

It appears to be some video has the autoplay on but then it started going back to square one on another video. I guess the autoplay button is glitching or something even this video has the same issue.
Edit: Good news there is some recovery to the autoplay button i see mostly has their autoplay button back mostly

Yeah so weird....
