Michael what to do when nothing is working. I'm tired of visualizing and affirming everyday for months and not see a single change. In the beginning I was a very positive person now I've turned into someone who feels so low. I don't know what is wrong and I don't have any money for coaching. Someone in the comments pls give me a solution
What I want you to do instead of affirming for a while because I want you to sit and notice where this feeling is on the body observe it without judgment breathe and relax your body until it releases there you will find peace do this for 14 days straight once you start to find more spaces of peace every time you are in that space of piece a firm that which you want without the need for it to show outside of yourself just because it feels good do that for 30 to 60 days watch out for something cool is going to happen
