Combining clips with masking
This technique can be very creative. You essentially can combine different clips together to make one.
This video will show you how I combine three video clips into one, creating a clone of myself. I used the mobile app called CapCut to edit the video.

@@welosin7796 I had a project in which me and a group of friends had to act out, record, and edit a mini Shakespeare play. Trouble is, I didn’t (and still don’t) have any friends, so I had to compromise with this cloning trick to be able to play several characters at once lol. It turned out great though- I ended up getting the only standing ovation in the class from the strictest teacher at the school 😳

I did the first video and I got it trying to perfect cloning and have done that the whole day without getting it. It is really frustrating

When i do overlay the color for the imported overlay is different even though my lighting and camera Angle has not changed?..
Did it but why is it that my video has two different colors when I didn't change the camera position nor lighting.
I recorded all at once then cut after recording

Hi, Sao Vang! You can use your mobile camera to record yourself and edit it on CapCut. Just import the video to your CapCut app.

No don't use cap cut because all it does when u mask Is make the other side look brighter or makes it

Hey Dee, the camera has to be only in one angle/position? To shoot 3 frames.?
Yes. It would be best if the camera/phone is mounted on a tripod. It’ll be easier to edit.

Can I copy the video as layer like kinemaster by pressing the copy button and pull it to layer?
You can add layers as overlays on capcut.
Am I the only one struggling to rotate?
I still dont understand how to get rid of the harsh line. I have to move the arrow (feather tool)and mask line around?
