It’s not really like you say. You’re allowed to be more brutal in the difensive act as long as you get the ball first and allow the opponent player to see your legs before the tackle
It doesn’t matter if they get to the ball first, its called excessive force. Players can react with enough time to make sure they don’t hit the other player but some don’t give a dam and go in full force cuz they’re salty or for whatever reason
To answer some of your questions: 1. The referee putting up a yellow card and then a red card means that player has already received a yellow card and this was his final offense and he is now disqualified from the match. 2. During a scuffle players bump chests when they are angry but they avoid putting their hands on each other and their opponents faces because it is considered assault and is an immediate red card and could result in hefty fines for the player and the club. 3. The main reason most of these are serious fouls is because the players did an illegal tackle on the opposing player rather than getting the ball. A referee's job is to ensure fair and safe play. A player can get red cards just for the implications of an illegal or dangerous tackle. If the referee feels as if the player will cause harm to others or even if he is being belligerent or unprofessional it can warrant an instant red card. 4. It is understandable that some of these fouls look like players are flopping or diving but being able to determine how dangerous a foul is can be very important. Footballers are some of the fastest athletes on the planet and they have some of the strongest legs because of the constant running and fitness training. They also wear some of the least protective padding. So when 2 players collide at full speed but you only see them scrape each other in foot keep in mind that both of those players have just hit each other with the combined force of kicking a ball at 80+ mph (also imagine having a 165+ lbs man stomp down on your ankle.) 5. Most sports have an unwritten "rule number one" and in football it is "DO NOT purposely extend your cleats or lift your feet in a dangerous way."
DLS if the slide tackle is clean there would be no foul if it´s a slide tackle with studs first and the leg going slightly upward it´s usually a straight red even if ball first. I know the rules can be confusing but if it´s a red the VAR checks how late it was how high it was and was there an intent to injure. Your guys content is brilliant keep it up.
Guys, even if a player gets the ball first, if they endanger their opponent they're most likely gonna get a red card or at least a yellow(if they already had a yellow before that means they get a red card). It seemed like y'all were confused as to why some of the players got red cards on those plays.
That elbow to the throat is from a match of the biggest rivalry in football: Boca Juniors vs RiverPlate from Argentina, you should react to the best moments of that superclasico.
Yellow card is a warning, like a tech or flagrant 1 in BBall Red card an ejection, like a flagrant 2 or severe unsportsmanlike act (like calling the ref a cheat or fighting after the whistle) OR getting 2 techs would be in basketball. You can get suspended for getting too many yellow cards in a season or a red card. I'ma make a long reply to explain specifics to you guys
Yellow can be for things like: Careless foul play - mis-timed slide tackle, shoulder to the back, high foot near other player's head but not connecting, stepping on someone's foot when going for the ball that type of thing (can be deliberate if it is not bad enough) Getting into an altercation with another player without pushing to the head, neck or groin or striking with any other part of body (pushing, grabbing, going head to head) Unsporting conduct - diving, faking injury, deliberate handball, taking shirt off, excessive celebration/ taunting mild dissent to ref - Yelling multiple times at the ref about one call, making one moderately disrespectful comment (Like saying that is bullshit when the ref makes a call) too many fouls by one player or team (say one player has committed 3 or 4 non yellow worthy fouls, the ref will warn him one more and it's a yellow) tactical fouls denying promising attacks - pulling someone's shirt when he's crossed you up, tripping someone when they have a 3 on 2 attack etc Denial of clear goal scoring opportunity while trying to play the ball - tripping someone when you try to tackle him from the side to stop a 1v1 with goalie etc (this one used to be a red card as all denial of clear goal scoring opportunities were but this was changed) Time wasting/ delaying restart of game - kicking the ball away after you foul someone, holding the ball when the opponent is trying to take a restart of play, standing around waiting instead of taking a throw/free kick. Failure to respect the required distance when play is restarted with a corner kick, throw-in or free kick Entering or re-entering the field of play without the referee's permission or Deliberately leaving the field of play without the referee's permission
Red for: Multiple yellow cards (2) in a game Serious foul play - dangerous slide tackles (cleats showing, above the ankle, two footed, from behind) with excessive force, meaning you can win the ball and still get a red card. Also kicking, stamping or otherwise striking with excessive force in a tackle situation. Violent conduct - striking (slap, punch, elbow, kick etc) to the head/neck, groin AND/OR with excessive force. Pushing, grabbing, throwing or holding head/neck, groin AND /OR with excessive force Biting Spitting Using offensive, insulting or abusive language and/or gestures to anyone else at the game (racism, sexism, personal insults or threats that cross the line of sport trash talk, pulling gang, political or offensive hand signs, abusing a ref or other person excessively or repeatedly, any sexually inappropriate action) Denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity with a handball (this does not apply to a goalkeeper within his/her own penalty area) Denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity with a deliberate foul (with no attempt to play the ball) - pulling someone over when they have an open goal, tripping someone who would be 1v1 with the goalie etc)
10:52 regardless on if u make contact in the ball first it’s illegal to do a slide tackle with cleats up. For obvious reason, especially if the intentions are bad. Many call tackling an art form lol
You need to learn that its doesnt always have to be an bad tackle, if someone goes in too aggresive with the bottom of the shoe for example but didnt hit the guy its a yellow and could be a red depending on how bad it is
The tackled where they get the ball and still get red is something like Targeting in American football. Basically most times its unnecessary going in like that to someones ankles
If you get 2 yellows it's an automatic Red card . But you can also get an automatic Red card if the play is brutal . Players bump chest to try restraining themselves from throwing punches. Since they know if punches start it's an automatic Red. And confronting a ref or arguing with the ref could could lead to a yellow or automatic Red .
7:23 if you tackle someone with your foot high it results in a red card, but in that case it shouldn’t have been a red card since he got the ball first and it wasn’t intentional
Except, he came from behind and it is considered dangerous play, so getting the ball first is irrelevant. Doesn't matter the intent, when tackling from behind.
Reckless challenges are a red card offence, if you get the ball or not, if you are not in control of the follow through and put another player in danger of a serious injury, it's a red card
you cant slide tackle with 2 legs out, so like a dropkick. dont remember the whole video but i think there was one where the guy slid with both his legs out
It wasn't really zlatan talked about juju which might seem racist cause Lukaku is African but zlatan said that cause there was rumors of Lukakus mom and jujo so he was more making fun of his mom
instant red card only for worst fouls like deliberately blocking a ball with hand (for non GK) inside penalty box, harsh tackle (not really aiming for ball) when you are the last defender, fight, etc. Other fouls are rewarded by yellow card with second yellow is automatic sent-off by showing the red card.
Bro it don’t matter if it’s ball first then you nearly break someone’s ankle... when they say ball first it means you got ball then you took the man down, not break his ankle
react to 50+ players humiliated by coutinho by lorenzo f7 or 50+ players humiliated by ansu fati by lorenzo f7 i know yous already reacted to him but that video doesnt have misses and shows more of his skills, goals and assists. 👍👍
@MrThunderbird1111 now yeah. But after 17/18 he was on track to be top 5 in the world. If he had a better attitude and stayed at city under pep he’d be the 2nd best player in the league right now imo, only behind de bruyne.
River Plate & Boca Jr are the biggest enemies in South America . Their has been deaths from the fans also . If you say you're from Boca Jr and the other one is from River Plate , you're most likely to get your ass kicked , robbed , killed . Anything and everything . The refs are no acceptions . If he makes a bad call or unfair , he could be badly hurt or killed . There was once a player that scored on his own team in the world cup. They killed him for that . The same brutal fans go for Europe & Asian football fans . A fan got thrown over the stadium 🏟️ to his death once just for talking shit about the other team .
Lol really don't understand red card offenses yet ,wether you get the ball or not if the contact comes excessive and harmful it's a red and the yellow and then red being given means the player already got a yellow card early in the game , 2 yellow cards = a red , but sometimes if the second offense isn't harmful you can just be given 2 yellows
Most of these were not flops fellas. A couple times you guys were saying flip and disagree with the red card.. they were legit reds.. due to the recklessness of the challenge.. also does not matter if you hit ball first if it's a reckless challenge especially studs up is always gonna get called.. this is why the casual futbol fan does not understand the game enough.. sadly enough basketball has more flopping than futbol does🤣
Bro sorry to say this. Ronaldinho is my idle but he aint on messi and ronaldos level. Suddenly partying soo much killed his career he had a short prime of 2 years he was still good before and after but messi and ronaldo been the best for 10 years and had higher peaks. Messi is on another level in his peak tho
I wish these Americans would just read some of the rules. So to their logic, as long as I get the ball during the tackle I can go through a player and injury them. Do you know how many people would use this? Yes if you slightly nic the player on the way through that’s whatever but if your getting the ball and player on purpose like many of these players are doing, of course you’re gonna get penalized.
It doesn't matter much if you hit the ball or not, if you hit another player suddenly or seriously, it's a red card, even if you hit the ball
It's because of hitting him with an open sole. When you just hold your shin in and hit ball first, it dosen't really matter how hard. It's fine then
It was a reckless tackle with the bottom of the cleats facing up
It’s not really like you say. You’re allowed to be more brutal in the difensive act as long as you get the ball first and allow the opponent player to see your legs before the tackle
10:34 lukaku ( the black player ) wanted to wrestle! You need to understand how strong he is ( 6'4 205 lbs, bulky but shredded ). He can fight!
It doesn’t matter if they get to the ball first, its called excessive force. Players can react with enough time to make sure they don’t hit the other player but some don’t give a dam and go in full force cuz they’re salty or for whatever reason

“Flopping” as you call it wins a lot of fouls and often gets other players sent off. Its sort of normal in football

7:19 they reverted that red card
Most of these weren't even close to "horror fouls." Low key most of the time these players are just dramatic as hell.
