Dear Hannah, first of all I want to tell you that you are a great woman. You are disciplined, you work with goals and you do so much more than just the goals you write down. Try to be a bit gentler with yourself. If something doesn't work, no big deal. You also need time to get used to your new phase. You don't have to think about anything when scrolling on your phone, that's what you need at that moment. Once again, you are doing so very well. And if your head is less full, you will find your way to a therapist. Keep up the good work. X, greetings from rhe netherlands
To make finding a therapist less stressful for myself, I just found a local therapy place and filled out forms online about why I wanted therapy, and then they matched me with a local person to talk to in person. It was great and I didn’t stress about finding “the right” therapist. I just went with what was nearby. And talking to someone in person is honestly so nice, at least for the first session:)
Watching you do these Quarterly videos all year has makes me want to plan to do them for myself next year. I am a 33 year old childless cat lady lol But we honestly live very similar lives and vibes. I'm from the midwest but moved to socal 2 1/2 years ago. So I understand making the cozy vibes too lol
your apartment looks so spacious compared to your last place hard to belive you had alot of your things in the old place and they look so great now!!!!! you can really spread out!!
OMG the thing with exercise was 100% me!!! I also thought i needed to work out first thing in the morning, but I love my quiet mornings, so I decided to work out at 1pm... literally BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!! I'm not always the most motivated at that time but discipline is key!
I understand what your talking about when you describe the way the book is written. I understand. I think that's why I like James Patterson. I love the rhythm and the way the chapters are not 25 pages long. His are short and make you want to hurry to the next chapter.

hey! i’m a very very regular watcher (as in i watched every single one of ur videos since like ur college times) and for some reason this video rlly feels different. usually ur videos are both entertaining and relaxing which makes u stand out from other creators in my opinion. u know how to perfectly mix the fun parts of ur life with all the “boring” stuff that needs to be done which makes it extra easy and enjoyable to watch. and for some reason this one just feels extremely long and weirdly composed??? i don’t mean in it a hateful way whatsoever and i hope it doesn’t come across like that, but just a few minute long clip of u scrolling thru pinterest is quite off putting and simply making the whole vlog boring. again hope it doesn’t come across as rude, just a bit of constructive criticism :))
