Biscoff Tiffin (no bake, refrigerator cake) . . . how to

Hello bakers ( or in this recipes case, assemblers!)
This is a super quick, super easy, super delicios....well just super recipe!
I love Biscoff so combining it within a tiffin just made sense.
You really can use this recipe with any biscuits/cookie you like.

Ingredients
250g biscoff
60g golden syrup
100g butter
15g cocoa powder
100g raisins
200g milk chocolate
