This video is to bring you a closer look at the Ultra Hardware 11030 Polybag of 2 Folding Shelf Bracket.
3 sizes that Ultra hardware has, this is the 8x8 size.
The price here is for a package of two brackets.
Good quality brackets.
You can see the mechanism here that provides the locking of the bracket in the corner.
Lifting of the top bracket up just a few degrees will get that birds mouth to open up where you can then push it in and close it.
White in color.
Other sizes are 12x12 and 16x16.
These are quite sturdy, I have had at least 30lbs installed on them easily.

What is load taking capacity for 16 by 16 without going into permanent deformation and what is deflection of bracelet if someone sits on it?
Is it possible for the mechanism to support the shelf without blocking? I am thinking of a situation where the table is unfolded by a person who does not know how the blockade works, and after a while the table falls?

I'm simply on sure what you're asking. Are you asking if you can install the folding shelf bracket into an application where you do not have sufficient blocking in the wall ?

It would not be possible for the shelf to be in the proper safe lock the vision without actually engaging the locking mechanism of the shelf brackets.

I can't tell you what it would deflect if someone sits on it because it's not rated for any weight whatsoever and naturally depended on the weight of the person sitting on it - based on my calculations I would not exceed 25 lb per pair of these
