Sir, Minimum wall thickness to achieve with foam cocreate.
Foam concrete walls can be 4-9 inches thick. A 13-15 cm (5-6 inch) thick wall made of 1,100 kg/m3 density foam concrete can withstand fire for 3-4 hours, while a 10 cm thick wall made of 400 kg/m3 density foam concrete can also withstand fire for 3-4 hours.

Sir there was more lead from machine to pouring areas and Client was not giving rate with Pump so we are not using pump here.

Compressive strength lies between 0.5 to 15 N/mm²
For density D800 strength how many?
Clc and foam concrete are two different products
Compressive strength of foam concrete D800 shall lies between 1 to 2 N/MM2 only or u can follow the is code by Indian standard IS CODE 6598 1972
D800 clc can have little bit more compressive strength then foam concrete but not exceed above 5 Newton

@@manubartwal774 If you taking foam concrete as styrofoam concrete, then it's ok. They are different but clc concrete and concrete that have cement sullery and foaming agent then that is called clc concrete as per my understanding. Regards

You have to do laboratory test(Cube test) to find out density with your materials .

I make clc with the formula like that but strength is 0 zero.
If i make spesific grafity under 0.8 it will never hard... It is become like wafer/ biscuit
