I love the fact you put dog booties on it, its functional and it gives her some personality. I was curious, do you think it would be damaged by a few drops of water? I'm planning on getting one and mapping out a cave near me and I'm not sure if the high moisture content would cause any damage.

The robot as not autonomous, unless you call "Ben-Ben" autonomous, it only works if the robot is connected to the internet through your router.... It's just a RC robot.
@@jumpingsumo the robot's not using your wifi, except for firmware updates or using Ben-Ben. There are three ways to control your robot, first is "companion mode", where it follows you and you have some limited commands, second is with the app for your cellphone, there you have the most control of the robot but, it's limited by the phone/robot's range. And last is the full remote that sells for $250 and is ordered from Unitree. Ether way you use it, both the robot's transceiver and the remote you use must be upgraded to increase the robots range for it to work properly.

To update the robot you must be inline with Unitree through your router and the app gets updated through you app store.

Not sure or willing to send this thing out only to it run for once it's out of range, but it seems to do well with in a 100ft distance.
