I really appreciated this video - love hearing about good, healthy items to stock up on - and why! Why they are good for you, all the ways they can be used, and even storage tips. Thank you!
Is there an alternative to avocado oil, I recently heard it is unsustainable and has a large carbon footprint. A single avocado requires 230 L of water to grow.
Enjoy your videos. Can you do a video on meals that satisfies hunger for weight loss and controlling glucose numbers? What natural makeup foundation and lip products do you use? Thank you
Awesome video! Can you use Avocado oil to season a cast iron skillet? I loved your video on cast iron. Whenever I try to season it with coconut oil it smokes up like crazy and I have to stop the process. I have no idea what the issue is!
avocado or peanut oil have high smoke tolerance... perhaps try those? Coconut oil tends to start to smoke at anything higher than 400 degrees. Take care Janelle and hope this helps!
A PV in youngliving i hit 300 dollars but i have to add 30 more to get the 300 pv tier is this like it every tier? Everyone always says 300 pv is 300 dollars but it’s 330 dollars big difference. :( I have to now stick to under it because the 30 dollars adds up after one purchase.
Apple cider vinegar does not need to be refrigerated. The acidity of the vinegar effectively ensures that no bacteria will grow in it. Plus, vinegar is itself a preservative (according to an online search but do what makes you more comfortable or whatever)
What happened to you grinding your own grain? This is the 2nd video of yours I watched. The 1st one was on how sold you were on grinding your own grain. Still grinding?
@@lisakeller442 I agree, always helpful. I guess I'm still confused. The 'grinding your own flour' has a date stamp of July 16,2020 and the 'Healthy pantry staples' date was Nov 11, 2021. That's the only reason I asked the question. :)
Are we the same person? Lol I have most of these in my pantry too! I gotta try the einkorn flour though, that’s a new one for me! Also I never knew about the italian olive oil, I always thought if it was from Italy, it’s in glass, it’s organic cold pressed I’m safe. Hmmm Learn something new
I would love your thoughts on white rice. I heard you say you eat it sometimes in the video. I was surprised since it’s processed. Would love your feedback since your a nutritionist. Thanks!
you don't have to avoid all processed food. look at japan. one of the healthiest countries and they eat white rice everyday. just have small portions and pair it with a balanced whole foods diet, exercise, and sleep. don't drive yourself crazy.
Thanks Becca! Great to know the brands you prefer.
Becca I love your videos! Also I would love it so much if you did a freezer meal prep video for postpartum!! 🥰

We love Rao's sauce! It is a little pricier but we'll buy the large jars at BJ's or just stock up when they go on sale... it just tastes so good!
Such a great video!! Also I love your shirt! So cute! Could you please link where you found it??
Love your channel, and Congratulations on your pregnancy!!!

I think extra virgin olive oil is better. It's what I use.
There are also heat resistent olive oils, the best and also cheaper than avocado oil
A local sunflower oil. It does add a nutty flavor, but has a relatively high smoke point for cooking & baking.
Do you still recommend seeking health prenatal vitamin? Thank you.
Can you make a video on your favorite quinoa recipes? I can never find any I love!

Raos is the #1 pasta sauce! Absolutely worth the $
For YL’s Black Friday can you use your cash back for the sale or is that doubling discounts not allowed?

My absolute FAVORITE oats!

I never knew you had to put ACV in the fridge after you open it !?

Where do you buy your einkorn flour ? Do they sell it at any store ?
I’ve only been able to find it on Thrive Market so far but I have a limited selection of grocery stores near me.
I found it at my local Whole Foods- Janis
You’re the best. That’s all😉

This video was done before she purchased her mill. I would also assume that those that don’t purchase a mill would find this a helpful resource 😊

I was wondering about the rice too. I love Jasmine rice, but is Basmati better for you?
I wonder why we eat chia seeds. Remember chia pets?
Campbells bought Raos 😢
Love your channel!! Can you please do a video on foods to eat or avoid on pcos? I’m struggling here 😣
