I just got back from Agadir a few days ago and if you're in the wrong place it can be very noisy at night especially if your based close to nightclubs or main roads....I wanted to come and see you in Tetouan/Tangier but could not fit it in to my schedule, next time inshallah!!

@@Just_passing_through23 its about 84 meters and 11 of those metets are the balconys. Yes it gives you residency, its part of the application process. Although a simple rental contract is also accepted for residency. Renting ranges, off season is quiet and july and august are peak peak prices and apartments are rented out on a per night basis. Its a drastic different. Ill make a video on that soon.

@@monsieurbono for me it was a combination of cost of living, clean and safe area, and peaceful with still options nearby. Tetouan and cabo negro were a perfect match for me. European roads and weather, low cost of living in morocco, and safe and calm city on the beach.

I have never been to Morocco before but lived in the Middle East and Africa briefly and spent a week on the beach in Malaga/Marbella (Costa del Sol) over New Years many years ago. It was different a bit overcast. I would like someday to go over there soon but I have a border collie and it would be such a production that I talk myself out of it. I worry that not being near a green space or by the water. I see many sites but I know there are more new developments why aren't they posting these online? Thanks for the content you make. I know you have been busy bc you are showing us all the work done over the last couple of months. Anyway when you showed that bottle of tabasco sauce I realized I haven't had tabasco in years. But it is great on eggs. :)
@@monsieurbono One of the best things about Tetouan is the greenary and the mountain ranges. Everyday im amazed when driving and seeing them. They dont really post them much online yet. But message me and i can see what I can do as im here. Marbella is just a 10 min flight away from tetouan too. Same climate and weather.
