a teaspoon of chocolate philadelphia is 1.5 syns, so 140g - so you already have 42 syns, the butter 2 syns per teaspoon, and the cereal, in that big quantity is loads too, so although your cheese cake looks great and it's nice of you to share, I think that the total syns for this will be very high, it's not low fat and you should give total syns and syns per portion or we can't estimate, thank you
+Mary Walton 25g of chocolate philly is 3.5 syn I used 120g = 17.5 the All Bran crunch 30g =5.5 240g = 44 or use as HeB Extra light flora 8tsp = 4 syns Total 65.5 divided between 8 portions = 8.1 syns used All bran as Heb minus 5.5 syns =2.7 per serving I appreciate your comment but I have no obligation to give syn values, especially as syn values change all the time. It is best that everyone who follows SW be responsible for working out the values therefore no one else can take blame if the wrong information is given
looks absolutely fantastic! My no. 1 weakness is cheesecake, so I will definitely be trying this! I shant even tell my boyfriend it's low fat... lets just see if I can secretly sneak him a healthier treat!
whats that Quark stuff? is it just yoghurt? looks thick like greek yoghurt....also usually if something half the fat, its double the sugar. I guess in comparison to the cheesecakes out there, its not as unhealthy as them.
Quark is soft, fresh cheese, that has a similar creamy texture to sour cream and a mild tangy taste. Very rich in protein and can be used to substitute sour creme, dips, use in baking, sauces or just eaten like yoghurt etc. You can find them in different flavors (often sweet) and natural. You can choose by alot of different fat-contents to, even fatfree.
+bubblejack2010 Not sure where you got 500g of butter from as the recipe uses 8 teaspoons of extra light flora (4 syns). The cereal can be used a your Heb.
I hope you enjoy, im a big cheesecake fan so you will discover many more low fat versions on my website. My boyfriend enjoyed this one and didn't know any difference. Let me know what yours think of it x
+Sgreenwold1 Didn't mean to disappoint anyone, but 8 teaspoons of extra light butter in the whole recipe, which works out at only a teaspoon per person is really not that bad

How is this low fat? Well, the filling is but the butter in the cereal is not going to make this low fat! Very disappointed
