Thoughts on Abyssal Void: Map and theme: Good map design and nice use of Lovecraft theme but first room is the weakest element and maybe the use of purple while I like the colour purple but it is a little overuse for this dungeon. Items: good weapon designs though some weapons (mostly insane) were a little too small, nightmare weapons look good, legendaries are really good and war ult is nice, mage ult is just not good. Tier 1 is passable, tier 2 looks bad and lacks detail compared to tier 1, and tier 3 is good except for mage, mage looks pretty bad, way too similar to eldenbark mage and I do not like that set. Tier 3 war is just amazing, tier 3 guard looks solid I guess. Mobs and Bosses: design wise, really good, finally harder than YP mobs but perhaps a little too unfair for casual players. Eldritch reavers and voidshades are so bad and annoying. Tii without gravity and warp is almost impossible to do a no death. This dungeon is poorly organised and could have use a nerf. I will give bonus point, Exalted Queensguard introduction is really cool and quite disturbing. Bonus boss: good bonus boss but orb attack is way too annoying. While not as good as Rodin but more enjoyable than Rodin. Spells are good, also don’t kill me for this but warrior in this update just feels better. I really like all the war spells. Mage spells are fine but orbs is a little too slow, I know you need to charge it up but it feels too slow. Most of the guard spells except for the AMP are not so great.. Soundtrack: good but I wish Tii had her own soundtrack but it’s fine. Prob the best none Albert Kim soundtrack so far. Luck wise: this is prob one of the luckiest dungeons next to the enchanted forest thought I dropped 2 purple VB guards 💀🙏 So in conclusion, good map, nice theme, good weapon designs, most tier 3 armour designs are great, most of the spells are good and way better than YP spells, mechanics were pretty good, good mob and boss designs. But the things pulling this way from being considered a S tier dungeon were the difficultly being way too unfair especially on Tii, Voidshades are so bad, most guardian spells suck and this dungeon is most certainly unbeatable for causal and weak players. Overall rating score: 7.7/10 I was thinking 8/10 but I feel like it’s a little too generous so 7.7/10 is very reasonable. Those reading this, don’t get mad at me, this is my opinion. Yes you can disagree with my thoughts but don’t be an opinion basher because I said something that you thought wasn’t good enough. Edit: drop rates are so high that I dropped 2 mage legs and 2 leg spells in 1 go. I dropped a blue vb war helm with leg spell. 3 leg spells in 1 drop and plenty of more crazy wild drops. I am kind of glad it was reduced because it was perhaps a little too easy to get some good items. 💀🙏
this dungeon is good but I think people overestimate the difficulty, tii is so much easier than let’s say crag, but the only supposedly hard part about the dungeon is the mass amount of mobs in each room and the space is quite small
heavily agree, i couldnt really understand why people were suggesting that the dungeon was "Harder" than yp when this dungeon feels relatively easy still, but perhaps thats because hp requirements have increased to allow for multiple hits
I would like to say the main reason why it’s really easy is rings, overheal, boss damage, regen, tempo, and mob damage significantly power crept dungeon quest
@@noobatpokemon8707 true that, before all this ring and craft we'd be doing 45-50q with max YP gear.. and it became 70-80q, even 100q+ with tempo and glass.. although i would have like to thought they wouldve taken that into consideration when making the new map with the balancing team - albeit theres not much they could do about overheal apart from making mob attacks anti overheal (they nerfed overheal already anyway). at the end of the day with enemy mobs like voidshades, doing a brick ton of damage wont result in fast runs because big teams need all 3 support spells to speedrun, so i guess i got no big complaints.
I think u kinda hating a lil bit, I love this dungoen so much the details and everything they did is top notch. I normally don’t like voldex’s updates but this exceeded my expectations. Also I love all the gilded skies references idk why u think they’re bad.
The event is garbage cuz they locked a super good cosmetic behind 1 grind wall or paywall and even when u did 10k every day there was a chance you were too slow. I think that if there is a new dungeon make an event like this but make 8t multiple colors, and make it a little less grinding and more in stock.
