After doing solo nm runs for a lot hours im 100% sure the best way to go about bonus is to kill green first, its the only hand that stops you from standing in a safe spot. After that its as easy as moving a bit when the other hands attack. works everytime

should i put points into stamina at lvl 108? if so how much, with my gear i have 415k health already so unsure
my two abilities atm do 180ish mil and 250 ish mil damage so if i took some points off spell would they go down too much??

Don’t put stamina points in until u start to struggle or die to much in the dungeon u are currently on I personally didn’t put any points into stamina until orbital outpost but that will be different for everybody depending on their dodging abilities

You can put 1 skill point in stamina ever 10 levels. So, since you're lvl 108 that'll be 10 skill points in stamina.
You can do either that or go full glass canon which is basically putting all your skill points in physical or spell.
