Can I ask you guys something, I’m worried because I kinda laughed at God/heaven. I was preaching to My mother who isn’t really a practising Christian about heaven and to pray more and I told her what I’ve heard heaven is like (that you worship God all day and be closer to him) she then replied “I thought we got big houses and got to eat cakes all day” she then laughed and I also laughed back then we were both trying not to laugh, if felt like I was laughing at the Lord when I wasn’t now I feel so bad. It was like when you’re a child and being told off and you and your friend try not to laugh kinda thing and I feel like I’ve sinned I’ve prayed for repentance so many times since and I’m terrified Jesus will desert me
@@marcihf217 like go to church and confess or just confess at home and pray? I feel like it’s blasphemous but I’m not sure because I was laughing because she was not at God, I’ve never ever done this before and feel so bad no matter how many times I pray
Praying for you! Surrendering your illness to our Lord today, as he has asked, because his love for us is immense! Lord hear your child’s struggles with this illness, if it is your time and your will, please place your healing hands and heal this child of your Father!
Also on Gregorian Chant, it’s really healing. I attended a Latin Mass and when the choir sung Asperges Me, I teared up. I just felt at peace and restored with that song

I ask God for forgiveness for not treating my body as the gift our Lord gave me. I am treating myself to a healthier lifestyle, as our Lord grants me another day of life! It doesn't sound like you did anything wrong (to me). If I were you, I would try to give Jesus some credit for knowing your heart. He knows that you are faithful and well-meaning and also human and given to moments of levity.

Picture Christ in Heaven smiling at the funny moment shared between you and your Mother. Laugh about it, praise God and move on. Do not give the devil a foothold over trivial things.

Lol this is the second video I've seen with these two where he just stares at her the entire time she's talking XD. Just soaking in the Jesus energy I guess.
I think there’s a genuine gentle Christian affection. I don’t suspect anything more than that but because she’s a woman she’ll probably make his heart feel softer in a different way than Father Mike would while talking about matters of faith. That’s my reaction as well to hearing her. Also, regardless of any of that, staging with two speakers on camera needs the one not talking to just look at the speaker cause it’s distracting otherwise.
