Hope you enjoyed my stroll through Brilliant Bradford-on-Avon! Who knew a market town could have so much history and charm? From the River Avon to the Saxon Church, there’s always something to see, even if it's just a secret passage you can't actually go through. Which spot caught your eye? The old mills, the quirky Dandy Lion pub, or maybe just trying to avoid getting hit by a car on those narrow streets? Let me know in the comments! Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe. 😊

About the structure in the garden of the house in Coppice Hill. On Bradford on Avon museum website it says “The Wesleyan Methodist Chapel was built in 1812 to replace the smaller chapel at the back of the former Maiden Head Inn in Market Street, where John and Charles Wesley had preached. The land had been a rackground, where newly made woollen cloths were stretched on tenterhooks to dry, shape and bleach in the sun. The congregation had shrunken by the middle of the 20th century and the building was threatened with demolition. The roof was removed, but the walls still stand are a listed building. They now form the frame for a swimming pool. The building on the right was the chapel’s Sunday School; it has been converted into a house.”

Good sleuthing, thanks a lot for letting me know! Very fancy having the outer walls of an old Georgian chapel surrounding your swimming pool. Then again the entire town was quite fancy. I'll add that to information to the video once I get round to it. 😊
