I really liked that they ended up together. While I loved Karen and Keith, I’m glad that they did not decide to make Karen single after he died. She deserved to have someone.
Not uncommon for kids to call older people aunt or uncle and Karen's actually sort of related, even if not related to Jaime by blood. She's his uncle's mother.
I think Karen is sort of related. Like an Aunt in law. She and Keith May never have actually gotten married, but he did father her second child, which makes Jamie and Lilly cousins. Also, Lucas is Jamie’s uncle, and Karen is Lucas’s mother which does make them technically related.
Jamie and Lily are 2nd cousin's but its kind of messed up when a woman has 2 kids with 2 brothers you get messed up relations. Lily is Lucas' half sister and also 1st cousin and also Nathan's 1st cousin

Yes, Karen is Lily's mom but her father was Nathan's Uncle. It would only be Aunt if Lucas, Nathan, and Lily had the same father. But Nathan and Lucas shared a parent making Lucas Jamie's Uncle. Lily was the only child Keith fathered. Keith was Uncle to Nathan and Lucas. Your Uncle's child is your cousin. So technically Lucas and Lily were first cousins and half siblings. But in that case they are primarily siblings.
