Tvs ntorq is not for any area brother. My brand new bike even before first service went in the service centre 5 times. They changed the whole gearbox on 4th time. Best part is 5th time, they opened a new gear box to fix a washer to modify it to work properly. Till then i never went to social media or even now . Will wait till tomorrow. That's when I decided enough of patience and gave them two options of a full replacement bike or refund . Their head engineer from tvs had suggested on August 11 to change the whole engine as it would be a sure option. That time I was ok for it. But after this on Monday 2nd September when they suggested that, I clearly communicated not working for me . Either a replacement or refund. I said I have been extremely patient and calm and never put things out in social media as it's not my way. I have sent them a email to sort it out amicably and both parties have a fair settlement. I had proof from my very first call to the sales guy for the bike and email to them for registering it soon and will want to do the first service by 20 August and ship it to himachal on 23 or 25. All this was clearly communicated pre purchase. I even ordered for a front mudguard for the bike incase it got transit damaged in the truck. So my intentions were clear. Last part I told them is now to be frank...recovering my money is my tertiary objective....my primary and secondary will be something else because idc for my loss . But I'll make sure tvs takes a major hit on their brand and sales. I was to send them a legal notice...plus send all call and chats, emails photos and videos to asy and prateek singh you tube channels, also send it to people decision makers to reconsider tvs for collaboration with esteemed organisations especially in June July 2025. Plus i had taken numbers and vehicle numbers of grieving customers with serious issues when I visited the service centre twice. They were like we don't have a refund norm. I said I'll make sure it becomes a norm and your company law is second to law of the land. All on cl plus wahts app chat. Plus a lot other ways. They should understand there are customers who buy vehicles on emi and its hard earned. Pls pin this so people avoid and dont suffer. Cons. - Meter console sensor problem, Belt broken problem, liner problem, mirror loose problem on off-road driving sometimes, clutch problem, starter problem, front shock absorber problem, buttons problem, spent almost 22K on repairing in last 6 months😂 Think twicely before buying, worst experience.
I too am using it for almost 5yrs but mine is still smooth only battery was changed once and that is it..and regular servicing..i love my ntorq❤..it is on owner how much they take care of their vehicle.

Starting problem is the main cons of bs4 ntorq also curburator over flow problem
