On polling I question the pool of people who actually respond or are participating. I don't do them. So I feel like Biden is under represented. I keep saying, in order for trump to win he has to flip voters that voted for Biden in 2020 and that was BEFORE the insurrection.

Kennedy is polling at 29% and will grow significantly as he gains more ballot access in each state. He's already confirmed in CA, NV, UT, ID, NE, IA, MI, NC, DE, NH and HI. He'll only need access in 7 states before November.

The poll that showed the MoE was 4.1% not 5, so it is just below that.

From what I've read you want a margin of error < 4%, but you also need to look at the sample size and exactly _who_ is included in the poll - a lot of these polls seem to use

Do you remember the 2016 election polls? Do you remember that, in the aggregate, Hilary Clinton was ahead by ~6% and lost the election? Then remember this: if polls were accurate, we wouldn't need to vote, and Donald Trump shouldn’t have won the election. This then makes polls what, entertainment, useless jobs, what exactly? More importantly, it means that every eligible voter needs to vote. I hate to think that America’s future could easily be decided by nonvoters that still get to reap the benefits of American citizenship.

Trump lost the popular vote twice. Stubborn people can say what they are going to vote for. When it comes down to taking the action, going out, and choosing a criminal...I think that is different.

The fact that Republicans have Trump as their nominee after all that's happened in our country makes me more certain that Biden has a chance. If Republicans had a real Republican as their nominee I would be more worried. My concern is the tactics that local MAGA have up their sleeves. The electrical college makes these polls obsolete. There needs to be stat by state polls to get any idea of who is winning. Since 1980 only 1 time a Republican won the popular vote, yet there have been 6 Republican terms since then.
