So the difference is lighting, reflections, brighteness, contrast, portrait blur effect, and pitch interactions ( feild grass and goal net). The ps4 can handle those... they are just giving these features to ps5 because they still didnt do something that significant.
If ps4 could handle it they'd have done it lol. Stop acting like ps4 and ps5 can output the same quality. If that were the case nobody would ever bother buying a ps5

Ps4 can handle that but it comes down to performance ...I have first generation ps4 and ps5 1T and play warzone on both and there is a difference in performance and graphics and tiny bit ..ps5 is more Vivint and better performance overall

For those who haven't put hands on both consoles, the gameplay feels different. It is kind of more difficult and realistic on ps5. Of course not a mountain of difference, but feels smooth and better.

Since 2 years now even while i have ps5 i still play with old gen game , simply because the game is faster and it gave real feel of the game , i dont know who told EA that the more slowest gamplay the more realistic which is totaly wrong the game on ps5 is so boring i can finish 3 matches while i can olay with old gen all day long

It's a pretty big difference graphics wise imo, the last gen version looks incredibly outdated. Especially when I was playing it on my PC for 22.

Even FIFA 99 PS1 movements are way less robotic compared to PS4 & 5 versions of FIFA 23.
It looks like there is some difference between Fifa 22 and Fifa 23 on old gen. I mean, Fifa 22 is just a reskin of Fifa 21, but it seems like Fifa 23 is a little bit different than 22
Even PS5 FC 24 is also a reskin to FIFA 23 PS4.

Why does the ps4's graphics drop when it comes to sports games, but in high games like far cry 6 and horizon forbidden west, ps4 and ps5 have almost the same lightning and model graphics
Because the ps5s potential is held back drastically by the PS4 that's why some games look the same. However ea did not do that with this ps5 version. Time for the PS4 to go to bed. They've had a long enough run.
There are settings where you can get better fps

Tengo PS5 y primero probé la versión de PS4 en PS5 y posterior muchos meses después pude comprar la versión de PS5 y la verdad los detalles gráficos no son una cosa muy grande pero se siente y la jugabilidad se siente mucho más suave y los efectos en todo el juego hasta al momento de hacer un gol se sienten increíble.
No es lo mismo ver videos a probar ambas versiones

Over time I've learned to identify the differences between PS4 & PS5. From this video I can tell the PS4 version is really sluggish, I can see the frames moving. The textures and lighting are also not as good as PS5. I have the PS4 version on my PS5 and I was thinking I could make do with it until EA Sports FC 24 is out but now I know I am missing out on a lot.

It looks better but it's not really worth the upgrade anymore, it's not like it used to be when a gen upgrade was a massive deal and a fundamental gamechanger to what was possible. Now you get to pay $500 for some better lighting and better hair physics. Meh
And tbh a lot of the difference is likely because EA themselves have abandoned new developments on the PS4 and just release retooled legacy versions of some other older game

Welll I've got both, i can say that its easy to adjust the televisión settings for the ps4 to make it look the same, the graphics itself isn't really much of a difference im satisfied with both, i actually enjoy playing on the ps4 more i got a pro

Gameplay is terrible, defenders just jog or look away while the opponent striker just dribble right pass them.. no urgency and no eagerness to defend.. I can dribble pass 5-6 guys every time then score.. ultimate level
